So I called and confirmed before my photos if I could take my graduation pictures with my twin sister and brother who all jut graduated. I was told yes, that was possible, as long as we are from the same household. I entered lifetouch and then was told that we cannot take the pictures together!!!! I explained that I literally called this morning and it is in my comments and it was stated that I could!! And After spending so much money and makeup, hair, props, and outfit... I was extremely angry... All I can say is, if you want confirmation on anything, talk to a manager or get it in writing that it was confirmed. Never using them again!!!

If I could give a zero star I would have done that. Very rude and unprofessional staff. How can digital picture in this age and time take over 3 weeks to get just a proof. Simply Ridiculous and unbelievable

I ordered a digital print of my child’s school photo… after 2 days of not receiving it via email, I inquired with lifetouch. I was told it can take up to 3 weeks to receive the digital photo!! Seriously? I guess we won’t be including the school photo in our Christmas cards. In an age of technology, how can it be so difficult to email a digital image? I wish we had other options to purchase school photos elsewhere, but I guess they’re untouchable because they have a monopoly on school photos.

I agree with the review below. I feel Like it’s being done on purpose to take bad pictures for some sort of publicity stunt just like Starbucks will purposely write name wrong for some exposures on SM. 5/7 my son have to go for retakes! I understand they are funny memorable moments for some BUT not in my household! It’s more of an inconvenience! Not to mention the insane pricing! Anyway, I’ve had enough of them. Please parents, you’re better off getting your kids pictures done at Walmart. Save yourself the money!

I got my son's school photos with them. I paid $32 getting pictures in sheets, not even cut. I did buy the pictures because it was the first one but very disappointed with what we got. It is best to take on your own print at walmart or costco for way better value.

Not a single good thing to say about them. My photographer was rude and disrespectful. Poses I wanted to do she wouldn't photograph me in. I was told to bring 4 outfits, but I was only aloud to change once. She rushed through all of my photos and obviously didn't care. at the end when I asked to see my photos, because I was worried they would look bad because she rushed, she refused and said they would be emailed to me and I could see them then. I paid $40 to be there and it was a complete waste of money. Not to mention its been a month and I still haven't gotten my photos yet. Probably got scammed. would not suggest this place to anyone.

For certain types of school pictures, they have no option to buy a digital version of one of your child's photos without paying $250+. Disappointing, to say the least.

Take more than one photo? We look at our child's photos and they are all the same. The background is digitally changed, that's all. Let us have about 3 options at least. It's really not that hard.

Lifetouch sports is terrible! 1-800 number and emails all seem to be a front for a scam. No one ever contacts you back and you can not connect with a person under any circumstance regarding your photo order. Do not use this company! Do not give them your money!!!

Unfriendly personnel, totally overprized, they handle their clients as if they are all covid positive and are rude if we touch things that normal people should touch (like the table that is right in front of the front desk)- but they do not open the door for us or sterilise that door.- they should do it if they want to be histeric about covid or better, they should rather close their doors. My daughter accidently touched the hanger to get her rope and the lady almost fainted, We will never go there again. I actually cannot believe they are still open with their attitude and old fashioned photos.What a waste of time and money. And you are not allowed to see your digital photos to see if you are happy- weird place.

i went in to talk to someone about pictures. took 15 minutes for someone to even come out and when they did they just looked at me until i was like um hello? and she was like um hi? like what!? she was really rude and dismissive of my questions.

Prices are very high for school pictures and why in 2021 is the only option for digital images a CD? This year they only had one pose available as well.

Hate to do this but have been trying to get my child’s photos ordered for a week. Error msgs online where I was told to contact them so I did. Only to be directed to another person and another person. Waited for a callback for two days no call, then when I called again I was told they would call me back, another two days later no call so I call and sit on hold for 35min while the recording keeps saying my wait time is 0 mins… finally over it I hung up… hopefully we get our photos?

Not impressed! Every year they mess up the photos, and my kids have to do photo retakes. I don't understand how they can't get the photos right the first time. They put the kids in weird , unnatural positions, they are never able to capture a real smile, and there is always something wrong with either their hair or their clothing. These are supposed to be professional photographers. How is it that they are so bad at their job? I understand that they have thousands of kids to get through, but if they stopped rushing and did it right the first time, then they wouldn't have to come back. Could that possibly be a make-work project? I never write reviews like this, but I have been complaining about them for years. Maybe they can step up their game if they hear the feedback.

Really difficult to get a hold of. Waited over an hour to get a hold of someone in the call center and over a week to get a response over social media. Have left three messages at the Calgary studio and have not heard back and now get a message that the number is not taking calls. I was told by the call center agent that this year, they only took one picture of each child unless the school had ordered the Prestige Package "due to Covid" so . assuming that's why the only option we got for our son is with his eyes closed and out of focus. I had hoped to get his picture retaken here but after multiple attempts to get in touch with someone, will find another studio to do it.
