I would say Kidsphoto is the best photography option for families! They really know how to get your kids to laugh and smile for the camera and they are so patient! We have a small child who doesn't sit still yet but our photos are absolutely amazing. I would say I am not photogenic but even I feel I look beautiful in the photos! I can't believe how fun and quick the session was and I also think the prices are affordable for families. Thank you to Kidsphoto for the pictures my family will treasure forever.

I have had Kidsphoto take our family and baby/kid pictures for over 10 years. I love their quality and amazing pictures. I always have people ask where I got our family pictures done. Frank is personable and helpful in setting up poses of children of all ages! The quality is excellent!

We have been going to Kidsphoto in Market Mall to get family photos done for the past 6 years. We have always found their service to be professional, friendly and very timely. We have ordered regular prints, enlarged framed pictures, large canvas prints, Christmas cards.... and loved every item that we've received. They have also done amazing things within the community, donating their services to at least local charity that I know of. We've had a family shot taken every year and get it reframed by the studio and it always looks amazing. Every time we walk in the store, we are greeted warmly. Our kids LOVE going to the studio to take pictures because the photographers make it such a fun and easy experience for them and the photos come out really representing who we are as a family. We plan on continuing to go back year and year! Thank you Kidsphoto for making us look good :)

Frank our photographer was very nice and wonderful to work with. The photos turned out lovely. The pricing for prints however we found to be pricey. No option to buy a single 4x6 photo, or to buy three 4x6 photos that have different poses. The option was to get 3 of the same picture...not ideal.

Frank was amazing wrangling 12 people and 2 dogs while still managing to capture some great shots! He made the day really fun for everyone and we were all really impressed by both him and the the quality of the photos. I was personally touched that he remembered so much about my immediate family having taken our pictures a couple years prior!

Customer service was so poor...It's not worth the headache! Promo was cheap so as their service! Instead of apology, they l argue with you for a long time and said " it's not our fault and we are really busy" They don't have time for anything but they do have time argue with you. You're just a number not a customer!!!
