School pictures from all 3 kids are very poor. The kids said they didn’t even give them a chance to smile. Thank goddess I have a phone that can take way better Quality pictures. Maybe turn down the flash just saying.

This company produces the worst photos ever. The color is terrible, my daughter looks vomit green, the lighting is awful and the value is ridiculous. I purposely choose the cheapest, smallest package ($12) only to have a souvenir of my kid's school years and I still pay too much!! I do not know why schools consistently use this company! Icon of you read this fix my photos so my kids don't look like sick vampires or refund my money!

$205 for high quality grad photo downloads!!! That is just plain out robbery in daylight. They have another option for $50 which gives you 400PX resolution photo downloads. MY GRANDPA's iPHONE 3G TAKES 400px PHOTOS OR EVEN BETTER PHOTOS!!!!!! You can keep my grad photos in your archive. I don't want it and I will just go to another studio.

Came in to the shop and they've had a nice photographer and compliments you while taking the photos. I chose this photography shop because this is what my university provided.. then had to chose social media digital copies so I would print it myself because packages are too expensive. They emailed the digital photos and so disappointed that the $50 that I paid is not enough to get good quality photos, it is so 'pixelated', can't really post something like that on social media. There is another choice of $200 or more (?) for high resolution images and it's just too much for me.

I ordered grad photos for my son and some of the pictures were not fixed as we paid extra for it. They fixed the pictures and sent them out to us right away. Wonderful service! 3 down 1 to go! Thank you Icon for making my experiences worry free.

I bought the digital copy of my daughters school photo which was labeled as "highest quality" They must be using cameras from the early 2000s or something, 2 photos are under 1MB and the third is just over 1MB. This is not acceptable quality. My phone takes better pictures than they do.

Did not receive my photos in the mail as per my order. Sent 3 emails during the summer when their office was closed. Did not receive a response. Waited for the office to re-open to call the office directly. Angela wasn't very professional nor very friendly when I offered advice on checking other inboxes for missing email messages.

I purchased digital prints of my children's school photos and the size of the files was tiny! 1MB each which is barely good enough to print a 4x6, let alone 8x10. And only one of my children's files were that size, the other child's digital file size was even smaller.

Waste of time and money. Contrary to what they advertised on the website. Photographer did not discuss poses with me or let me have any input. Photographer rush through my set. Photos came out very amateurish.

One of my kids black spot on face. Why don’t they cut the sheets. Seem to intentionally make boarders vague so when you cut at home errors happen. Over priced for what you pay for. If I had a choice I wouldn’t use. Nice for them to have a contract with Edmonton schools ?

Paid $140 nearly 3 months ago, they lost my order, followed up 3 times, may have to wait another 3 months. UPDATE: Had one of the representatives reach out to me personally via email and made things right. Was extremely happy with their professionalism and customer care. Overall would definitely be going again with icon for my photography needs. Pictures came out great! very worth it.

Very clear they take no pride in their work. Make a kid laugh for goodness sake, and help them clean their face first. These are literally the worst photographers out there. I don't recommend.

Their phone indicates not to leave a message but email only, which I have now done twice without the courtesy of a reply. The code provided to get my child's graduation pictures is not working. Unbelievable poor service and judging by the reviews here, I am probably not missing much. The schools should be making a deal with an amateur photographer with pride in their work not just pumping out poor quality digital files.

The photos were terrible this year and clearly portrayed a lack of interest by the photographer. My son's hair was messy and my daughter had food on her face. They could've at least told my son to straighten his tie. Despicable. When I called to complain, the manager didn't seem to really care about my concerns at all. I told her I could've done better with my smartphone.

This company was used for my university graduation and I am very disappointed with the result. The experience itself was professional and friendly but accessibility and resolution of the photos are terrible. After realizing I would not own the photos, I ordered the virtual versions so I could share them on my social media but the resolution and quality is so poor that I cannot use them for the intended & advertised purpose of the virtual package after paying a decent chunk of change. If you want anything more than a physical printed copy, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Icon Experience use to have the best photography in the region. Attention to details, ensuring kids had a great smile and replying to customer queries. Unfortunately none of the above are applicable today. Icon Experience has become a cookie cutter, mass production company where you are just a number. Very unfortunate.
