I've been going there for almost 20 years. I will NOT go anywhere else for my passport photos. The owner does an excellent job and he actually cares about what he is doing. He tells you to "smile from the inside" and will take multiple takes to make sure you are satisfied. I made the mistake taking my son to a more convenient place for his passport photo. You can really tell a difference between someone who cares enough to do a good job and someone who doesn't. The other place simply does a "click" and print and now I'm stuck with that photo. This owner would have made sure I was happy with the shot before I pay for it (owner provides consistent good customer services-- my last several passports' photos from the last almost-20 years all came from HUB photo). If you care about having a decent picture, go to HUB photo. I'll be going there when I finally get to renew my son's passport.

The owner of the store was very nice and I can honestly say he took the best passport photo I’ve ever had. If you’re someone that has always been embarrassed by your ID picture I’d suggest Hub Photo. Not only did he do a phenomenal job but he also lightly touched up my photo for no extra cost

I went to HUB photo after 2 failed attempts at other photo studios to get passport pictures for my infants and my non-verbal autistic son. The owner was extremely patient and understanding with my son and we were all able to get our passports no problem. Now we all need visa photos and I don’t think anyone else could do it besides this guy. I can’t recommend HUB enough!!

Overall, the best photo shop I have dealt with. Courteous, professional and effective. I was friendly with the owner and he gave me a deal. Now I have enough photos for two visas, as well as visa renewal in-country. The quality of the photos and editing are top-notch. He uses a machine that you can no longer get from Mitsubishi. It's superior for enhancing photographs and getting rid of some basic flaws out of the shot. His price is reasonable, and if you do a lot of photos he may give you a bonus. At least he did with me.

I took passport photo from there, didn't pass the online test, so I had to take another from shoppers to bring with me just in case. I don't know about others, but I think 60 dollars for passport photo is too much, especially when I didn't use it at all.

The owner of the store is very kind! I went there to print photos for my design project and had to redo some photos to fit the criteria for the project. The owner was very patient and helpful with meeting those criteria. Overall, great service and would highly recommend!

The owner is joyful, caring, and he has great patience for taking baby passport photos, which can be a feat in itself! I'll always go here anytime I need passport photos. 100% recommend!
