My experience with GradPhotography.ca was excellent overall. The studio space was lovely and easy to access but mostly my photographer Roman was outstanding. Not only was he very skillful and provided me with fantastic images, he was very friendly and made the entire event very comfortable and even fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My original date for photos had to be cancelled because of COVID, it was rescheduled by them to a random day that didn't work for me. I cancelled it but they charged me anyways. When i called them they said " we will get back to you". Just refund me you scammers.

I was really looking forward to my grad shoot with my family, everybody took a a day off for us to be complete in the photo. Unfortunately, we weren't able to go to the legislature because according to the photographer "it was like a zoo out there", he offered to do the outdoor shoot the next day, which wouldn't work for us because of work. I asked him if he could just take our photos in the studio instead, and he did. However, I was not very happy with the end results of the photos. We all looked to be in a very awkward poses and the photos with my parents are the worst, my mom's neck looked like she had a stiff neck but the photographer didn't say anything about it. He just kept taking photos without telling us how to adjust. Also, I was charged 105$ which it was only supposed to be only 95$.

I liked the fact that when I was in conflict with this studio about pricing transparency they took my feedback into consideration and updated the website within a few hours - that shows they care about their brand and willing to collaborate with unsatisfied customers - that's super good. I was not clear that Session pricing does not include even the soft copy of the photo or any photo on the website and in quote communication with the studio. To budget your expense please get pricing from the studio for your prints and electronics copy, as that is separate. Attached changes they did - sweet.

He gave me really wonderful tips to look pretty on my pictures and he knows very well how to make you smile genuinely on photos. Overall, I had a great experience! The photographer made me feel comfortable at all time and was able to provide good direction during my grad photo session. The studio was beautiful. I totally recommend gradphotography for your next photo shoot. They're and professional and fun perform quality work!

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience here. I wanted to do something special for completing my Master's Degree, so I rented a special dress and booked an Ultimate Session. The photographer was polite and the photos were returned to me promptly, but they were all extremely awkward and looked very "posed" and unnatural. I look very uncomfortable in many of the pictures. To their credit, they did issue me a refund for my sitting time, and did so without fuss. I'm chalking this up to a lesson learned. Next time I get photos, I'll be looking elsewhere and I'll be sure to ask more questions.

We missed having grad photos done for my son, at his high school. Found this business and we are so glad we did! The photographer was great and got some awesome pictures of my son - who proves extremely difficult at a natural smile. By getting him to laugh and getting the shot at the perfect time I ended up with beautiful portraits!! They just arrived and are amazing. I’m actually pretty happy we missed the school grad shoot! Will definitely do business with them again ????

Mr. R was personable, attentive and detail oriented. My hair was picture perfect with every shot because Mr. R ensured it was. The lighting for each pose was adjusted and readjusted to capture the essence of the frame. The session was personalized and exceeded my expectations.
