Buffy took beautiful and fun photos of our wedding back in 2012. When I was pregnant with my son, I realized we had very few pictures of this special time. With less than two weeks to the due date, Buffy was so accommodating and agreed to meet up with us for a quick photo session. We will definitely ask Buffy for a family photo session soon! Important to note if you are at all camera-shy like I am, Buffy is super fun to be around so you can relax and enjoy yourself. Rest assured she will take gorgeous and interesting pics that you will cherish forever!

Her photography has the ability to help you re-live the day. We had some beautiful posed photos, and some hilarious candid ones that made for fantastic prints/photo album. Buffy is amazing. My then-fiance and I booked a 20 minute mini session with her the month before our destination wedding to get some practice not being completely lost in front of a camera and in those 20 minutes, she somehow captured the most beautiful, light-filled, emotion-driven photos of us that I've ever seen. It was absolutely amazing. She's so talented and so much fun to work with and did such an amazing job in only 20 minutes. When she found out our wedding was in a month, she got us the pictures so quickly so we could print them and display them at the reception too, which was so sweet.

Anyone can get lucky and take a gorgeous photo from time to time. With Buffy, every single photo is gorgeous. She spent two whole days with us and even the most mundane, forgettable moments (putting on a shoe, grabbing a sip of coffee) became beautiful photographs that we will cherish. Buffy has a delightful personality, a great sense of humour, and an amazing eye for photography. She will squat in a field of thistles to get the perfect shot. She can make the most shy or self-conscious family member comfortable in front of the camera. She will make you pancakes while you wait for the make-up artist that can't find your house. For over 11 years, Buffy has skillfully captured images of our growing family. From our engagement and wedding photos to our annual family photos, every time I open an album I am blown away at how she is able to still frame all of my boys the way I see them. Buffy is like family. My boys adore her and play off her fun spirit. She is creative, energetic, authentic, and a really great person. She will hike down (and up) a river embankment to find a great spot, hide Buzz Lightyear in her lens when necessary, and encourage the kids to run, jump and be their wild selves. She always has a little something up her sleeve. Buffy’s use of light in the quietest of moments can take your breath away. In another moment she can pause the blur of a crazy life with boys. We can't say enough about how awesome Buffy was for our wedding photos. From the initial meeting Buffy was a clear communicator and took time to understand what we were about. Her pre-wedding checklist was really comprehensive and it made the wedding day really easy as we had already covered all of the bases.
