I would recommend Bonner Photography without hesitation. We have had family portraits, engagement photos and - most importantly - our wedding photos done by Bonner Photography. Each experience with John was enjoyable and professional. He recreated our engagement with us snowshoeing in the Rocky Mountains and joined us on Vancouver Island to photograph all aspects of our wedding. His ideas for capturing our special moments were truly unique, and he went above and beyond to really capture not only images but the essence of each moment. On our wedding day he managed to complete the multitude of required family photos that comes from having four sets of parents -without taking up much of our day - while also capturing candid photos of the entire day; which was our greatest desire. His photography of our wedding really embodies the feel and energy of the day and every time we look through the photos it is like we are transported back to relive each moment.

Love Bonner Photography! John was the photographer for a wedding when I was in the bridal party, then another when I was a guest, and so I did not hesitate in choosing him for my own wedding. He’s so personable and charming, and fantastic at putting everyone at ease in front of the camera. John was so pleasant to work with and we all felt a great connection with him. Absolute Serendipity

John was our wedding photographer in Canmore. We hired him after we saw his amazing work from a friend’s wedding, a couple years before. When I saw my friends wedding album, I knew right there that on my big day, I had to have him as a photographer, and he did not disappoint! John is an amazingly talented photographer and also made things feel so easy and comfortable. We are so pleased with our photos. He captured the magic and emotions of the day. He is also super fun to have around and knows the area venues and good photo spots well. Highly recommend him. We definitely will see him again for anniversary photos.

WORST photographer! SO disappointed with our wedding photos. He has ZERO creativity and his editing skills are horrible. I wish I would have seen and realized this before the wedding. We did not have much time to find a photographer and I 100% regret choosing him. All of his photos that look decent must have come from ideas of the client as he really truly was awful. Even when emphasizing what is important to you he will miss it.
