Bought the Groupon session, called to book an appointment and she never got back to me. Had to get a refund.

I don't think this is a real place or service. I bought their Groupon for 90 minutes photo session more than month ago. I have been calling them to book an appointment and they never answered my phone. I called in the morning, in the afternoon or even in the evening on weekdays and weekends. Nobody answers. Left few voicemails, never heard back from them. They claim to be professionals but I don't see any professionalism in that. Time is ticking and we are in 8th month now. I was hoping to get some professional maternity photographs done. I have been calling them since my wife was in 6th month. They are just a waste of time as per my experience. Not at all professional.

Be very careful when booking with this photographer... she does not get back to you in a timely manner. I tried to book a maternity photoshoot with her through a groupon she offered. She took forever to respond, so i returned the groupon. Then she promised we would do the contract, so i re- purchased. And again, i never heard back from her. So i had to return the groupon. It was truly a hassle.

Lauren was so attentive with my 6 day old son. She took lots of time to ensure she got the photos she wanted. She does nothing but quality. I had a c-section and she kept telling me to sit down and just relax. (Which I must say as a first time mom was hard lol) I felt welcomed and she was wonderful when it came to payment's of her products. Extremely worth it!

Had a amazing experience working with her, and coming from another province she made it extremely easy to set up a time and place to do our pictures. And her photos are simply amazing I'm so happy that I was able to get her to take some family pictures.

A year ago, my husband bought a photography session with AIM photography at a silent auction. Last June I left a message to book an session ... no call back. Few weeks after, I sent her a text message, no reply. Again few weeks after, another message. I got a reply, she apologized and so I reply asking few dates to book it.... well no reply since. I sent severa other tect message and try to call as well. I am very disappointed, why gifting gift certificates to Fundraisers when you are NOT delivering the service. We actually paid for it. Extremely poor service and bother line not honest. There are hundreds of photographers in Edmonton, I am sure you can find a more reliable one.
