You have a booth in the pavilion at whoop up days and your representative is not wearing a mask Even though it's required by law again as of 8 am today. Obviously this business doesn't appear to care about anyone but themselves! I will never use you.

Great experience in all, the picture frames were excellent, love the no glass touch, the finishing was fantastic with a very real life-like appearance. Customer service was excellent and Peter was great with my kid really knew how to get her to smile, we as a family enjoyed the experience, I recommend the studio!

I have been involved in the entertainment industry on and off since I was about eight years old, but circumstances never worked out that I was able to get headshots done. I decided to put my trust in A.E. Cross Studio because I had seen samples of their work on display at the local trade shows and thought them to be very professional. Anyway, I was nervous when I got there, but Peter put me totally at ease and helped me to relax enough to take some great shots. I am a total novice when it comes to getting pictures taken, but Peter was totally cool and patient about it. I just got the photos back today and they are worth every penny I spent!

This was a couple years ago, i was too mad to post but now i will. first of all i felt very judged by him, and the only reason i was there was because i won a draw for a "free" picture.. but it was a total trap. i will admit the pictures were very nice.. but i felt even a bit bullied into buying more which i was NOT interested at that insane price, i would have found my own photographer if i would have know i'b be buying a bunch of pictures. Then the whole time i had to listen to him talk about his bad reviews, then he asked me to post a good one.. which i agreed to just to get out of there.. then he CALLED ME about two weeks later and said " i thought you were going to post a good review for me?" i was blown away.. not happy with my experience. pictures are good though.. and expensive. you have to pay the price for quality... but i had no intention of being duped into buying a bunch.

Very pushy on products and packages the customer does not want. Ridiculously overpriced with very limited poor quality packages. Sub standard quality picture frames for the price. Customer not allowed to make copies . Business needs to be up front with costs before consultation, not railroad someone right before Christmas. Unprofessional sales practices. Wanted to see what it would cost for a "professional" would be able to do.Sucked in with promising sitting fee to do future projects but was seriously let down.Have had a professional do them before out of Edmonton but like I said Wow. Will not recommend to anyone.

I was not at all impressed. I have wanted to do a mother/daughter portrait with my daughter for ages, so when she won the sitting at a birthday party I saw it as an opportunity. I expected expensive, but not outrageous. Our "sitting" lasted all of 10 minutes and showed zero creativity or enthusiasm. We had a grand total of 6 poses, 2 of which were almost exact replicas of each other, so really 3 separate shots to choose from. I've had much better results at Wal-Mart, and there I can afford to have portraits we can share with our family. There was no mention of packages or or being able to purchase prints, just a spiel about "wall art" In passing I made a comment about wishing I could have arranged to have my sons there to do a family portrait, but there was no hint he even heard me-not that I would have booked there anyway. I felt as though because our sitting fee was a draw prize we were given the proverbial bum's rush, especially when I balked at a $585 framed portrait. I would not recommend this to anyone. Next time I will find a friend with a camera.

Had photos done & although there was a technical issue with the 1st batch, Peter resolved the issue promptly, had the pictures reprinted & all was made good. Peter was very professional throughout the entire process & we would recommend Peter to anyone.

We had photos done at the studio. Peter was very professional and friendly made it fun to do. He was accommodating to work around our schedules. Although the prices were higher then expected they are beautifully done and worth the money. I would recommend Peter to anyone. Thank you Peter ????

Less than one star. The photo shoot took less than 20 minutes, was outside (terribly windy) when we had requested to do it in studio, my eyes were closed and he suggested to just edit them open, got total of 13 different poses to choose from, coerced into purchasing one lousy 5x7 photo for $49. THEN, when i had already paid for the photo and it came in, he refused to mail it or leave it for me and would only let me pick it up at a perfectly scheduled time for him. Most unprofessional, unaccommodating, untalented service I have ever experienced. Not to mention, his price list is outrageous. Can get better pictures and service at our local Walmart.

We enjoyed the photo shoot and how Peter worked with each of us to get the best photos. When there was a problem with the coating on a couple prints, he took them back and had they completely redone. Even though I had a gift certificate that my son had purchased for me a year ago, Peter was still quite accommodating in fitting our family in over the Christmas holidays. We had a few different poses done and were able to choose from them. I did feel the main one was too large for our wall as we live in a smaller home now, but he was certain it would be just fine. We quite like the photos we have now other than the main one still looking a little large.
