This pharmacy is now under new management. I originally switched my original pharmacy because this was a new starting business and they waved my co pay as many pharmacies do because I have a new plan. The new management does not want to honor that however they advertise in the doctors clinic and on their business card that fees are waived. I am younger and will be getting married and have kids someday. For a $1 or $2 this pharmacy has lost my future business. This short term strategy to try to squeeze a couple dollars out of working people rather than keeping them happy long term is a joke. I ended up getting the zero co pay at a close by pharmacy and I am happy with my service there.

I went to this pharmacy last Saturday and the service is just absolutely remarkable. The pharmacist is so knowledgeable, and another young lady who worked there answered a few questions, and helped me get the best relief for my g.i problems over the counter. Highly recommended service and staff!

The owner Baset is very knowledgeable and he is a very respectful and respected gentleman. Baset is a very compassionate individual and I've gotten to know him very well on a personal level and I consider him my friend. The entire staff including in particular Mohamud, Nida and Ansara are very efficient, friendly, respectful, down to earth, have a great sense of humour, are very knowledgeable and they are always very keen to answer any and all questions I may have. I appreciate the fast, friendly and efficient personal Customer service they provide me at all times. They are now my go to pharmacy. Oya Pharmacy is "Big enough to serve you and small enough to know you". Should anyone decide to try the services of Oya Phramacy I can personally attest to the fact that they will not be disappointed.
