I visited this pharmacy for the first time this week as I was there for a walk-in clinic appointment. I received by far the best customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. They were fast, super helpful and friendly. It is not my local pharmacy as I don't live in the neighbourhood but wish it was.

I had an appointment here years ago for my waist, wondered if I might have scoliosis (lower back) because I used to carry a side strap bag sometimes it's sometimes heavy. I remember being uncomfortable and felt a hostile attitude from the physician there. He asked me to bend over (not sure how he can check my waist from bending over while behind me) which I did.

Friendly and accommodating staff and quick in to see the doctor. My first time visiting the walk in and I will come back for any future issues I am unable to see my family doctor for.

(Translated) I had my first medical appointment in Canada this place and I don't like it. The schedule starts at 10 am but until 10:30 there was no doctor attending. I was the first person to arrive and the third to be treated after an hour and a half of waiting and that's why I complained. I understand that they are undergoing renovations but do not have a fairly clean space for patients to wait for their attention. I felt uncomfortable with the person who attends the reception, I consider that his attitude is unprofessional, he established inadequate closeness with the patients and conversations to find out information from the patients themselves. In summary, I am looking for a family doctor and although he has a very good location, his staff was not to my liking. I hope they can improve this sector requires an excellent Walk-in Clinic and does not have it yet. (Original) Tuve mi primera cita médica en Canadá este lugar y no me agrado. El horario inicia 10 am pero hasta las 10:30 no habia ningún medico atendiendo. Fui la primera persona en llegar y la tercera en ser atendida despues de una hora y media de espera y eso porque reclame. Entiendo que estan en remodelaciones pero no disponen de un espacio medianamente limpio para que los pacientes esperen a su atención. Me senti incomoda con la persona que atiende la recepción, considero que su actitud es poco profesional, entablaba con los pacientes una cercania poco adecuada y conversaciones para saber información de los mismos pacientes. En resumen, estoy buscando un médico de familia y aunque este tiene muy buena ubicación su personal no fue de mi agrado. Espero que puedan mejorar este sector requiere una excelente Walk-in Clinic y aun no la tiene.

The new walk in clinic that opened up at this location is honestly one of the best. One of my fave. Very friendly front desk reception and doctors that are there. They are all so professional. What was there before was horrible everything from the doctor to the receptionist. She thought she owned the place or something. She was so rude everytime i walked into the clinic and would never answer their phone. And the doctor salama guy he made me feel very uncomfortable. but now this new clinic is amazing. Whenever i call in the recpetionist is professional and answers any questions i have. Shes the sweetest. Never have an issue and i been here a few times :) and i love the fact the pharmacy is inside as well and i can just grab what i need in one place.

This Doctos Is amazing, yes there is a waiting time because this is a very busy walk-in clinic. I honestly think this Dr. has experience and is very knowledgeable. We should all feel very fortunate to have a Doctor like this in the community.
