I have never ever been to a more dedicated pharmacy than Jane Park Plaza Pharmacy. Not only do they always try to save my money, but they really care. My husband and I are disabled. So the staff members their, even offered to drive our medications to us, these guys go above and beyond any other pharmacy. It feels like the women and men who work there take a special care when helping you. I am really very happy with the whole services!! Highly recommended!!

We went to fill prescription for my son who had broke his arm while playing soccer game.We took him to have a cast in hospital and came to the pharmacy to fill his prescription.The place is very organized , clean and efficient.We waited like few minutes and the prescription was ready.They were all very understanding to the bad pain he was in.Thanks for your great , professional manner.

We have used this pharmacy for about a year and had NUMEROUS problems, incorrect information and a staff that has been abrupt and downright rude to my mother who is a senior. Be very careful dealing with these people as they have made mistakes and been careless. Don't know if they don't care, or are maybe too busy. Horrible service and incredibly rude. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Recommend anywhere else.

This is one of the best pharmacy I ever went to since coming to this country. I never felt any discrimination from them. All of the pharmacist have excellent customer service skills and are very knowledgeable. Leyla and Ashley are very modest and always make you feel welcome even through the pandemic while practicing social distancing. These two ladies are very knowledgeable and reliable. They always exceed my expectations. Medications are always ready in a timely manner. The owner and other pharmacist are very understanding and will try their best to provide you with the best service and products.

I was really dissatisfied with the pharmacy policy return. I bought a bath mat which probably had been sitting there for years as I realised when I opened it. The mat was stained and having paid $22,59 for it I wasn't going to keep it. When I tried to explain what was wrong with the mat, the assistant didnt want to return my money because the top of the box wasn't perfectly opened. I guess they plan on selling the same damaged product to someone else.After arguing with her she reluctantly returned my money . I've been going to them for more than 20 years even knowing that all their merchandise is way overpriced since it is the only pharmacy close to my house. It is very unfortunate to discover that after doing my shopping there for so long they didnt have any consideration with something that wasn't my fault, I made my purchase trusting that the product was in good condition. ,I hope with this review to let people know that they need to be careful when buying things that are expired and keep being displayed for people to buy. Watch out with the old mat sitting there, it's the only one on display.
