Went to collect a prescription during a wknd away. Gave all the info they needed to what appeared to be a new employee. Returned to collect and some gruff old woman complained about me not leaving the info they needed so they couldn't fill the prescription and then asked for all the Info previously given. No apology for their error. Then stand around waiting for 15 mins before the gruff old woman tells me they have to wait for the prescription to be faxed over. Again no apology. Complete lack of professionalism I would expect from a medical service. Thankfully the pharmacist was professional. Don't leave new employees alone on a front desk who are not trained!

The worst service ever, it's as if the entire store is some.sort of social project to employ the unemployable, I've never seen paid employees do less or move slower, even if I'm.downtown already I will literally get in my car qnd drive to shoppers or Lawtons.

SPEARS and MACLEOD. Great!! service. When our ^#!$@T^*! Chihuahua, Levi, chewed through the remote for my new lift chair, Spears and Macleod ordered one right in AND delivered it to my work. Wow! I can't recommend Spears and MacLeod highly enough. Great stuff, great staff.
