Wow, unbelievable! Her store is now closed from Saturday September 5th till Tuesday September 8th. I just picked up a prescription and I was not told about it. My wife HAS TO HAVE her benzodiazepines or there is SERIOUS TROUBLE. Her prescription is due Sunday September 6th and because of not being told my wife and I have to go through hell? Was very fast to get in and see them in the clinic.. I signed up as a new patient also as they were still accepting new patients (november 19th).. The Dr is very nice and friendly.. When I was done with the Dr, the Pharmacist was already working on my Script.. it took less than 5 mins to get my Script. I am looking forward to being a patient there.

I have been coming to this clinic for a little while now and i really really like the Doctors. They are kind, direct and very helpful. I genuinely appreciate this side of the business. However, i am less than impressed with one pharmacist in particular, angry in fact. For starters my ailment is, to me, very very embarrassing and i was mortified when i received a diagnosis. It has taken a tole on my mental health and its not something i like to talk about with anyone, aside from my Dr. and even then i squirm. So here i am in a busy waiting room to pickup my medication and the pharmacist starts a conversation about what my ailment is, kind of cornering me into answering. A stranger. in a busy room. with my name just announced. I WAS CORNERED TO DISCUSS A VERY PRIVATE ISSUE OPENLY! I have never experienced anything like this ever before in my life and it has left me further embarrassed and downright outraged. I wish i could say it was an isolated incident, but it is in fact the 2nd time this has happened, hence the complete outrage. Not only has this person caused me this kind of anguish, they are also not wearing a mask during a global pandemic, in a small waiting room. How can you possibly be so irresponsible, unprofessional and downright clueless to what you are doing. Absolutely disgusting.

Most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. I see my doctor regularly at this office and I don’t think I have ever seen this pharmacist not on her cell phone including conversations on speaker and FaceTime. Her demeanour is just rude and unapproachable. I don’t use this pharmacy but had to one one occasion and it was a nightmare. I had to go 4 days without my medication because this pharmacy has no relationships with other local pharmacies. I dislike even coming to see the doctor at this point because of the attitude. On the phone she’s even worse.
