Robin and his team have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions; from staying late to opening early, they make every effort they can to make sure your needs are taken care of. I ordered my grandmothers prescription 4 days ago. Before heading to the pharmacy I took it upon myself to call 6 hours ahead of time . Where it was brought to my attention by the pharmacy assistant, that they had no knowledge of the prescription refill. Fine ! so i gave the refill again, I then arrived six hours later to only one refill done which still had to be checked and approve and the second refill not even documented. I then explained to both the pharmacist and his assistant, that i had already called in the refill not ONCE, OR TWICE BUT THREE TIMES! As a health care work myself I must say that my experience with Provincial Road Pharmacy summed up in entirety of everything that is wrong with the health care system at this time, they're lack of communication and in proper documentation is beyond what i would deemed any professional, sensible healthcare individual as proper.
