I was disappointed with how I was treated by the pharmacist yesterday evening. I had a family member who called in for a prescription and was assured they could receive it because it was an emergency. The family member had run out of necessary medication and we needed to pick this up, or we would potentially need to go to the hospital. The pharmacist did not seem to know about this phone call or care, and would not identify who could have been on the phone when I tried to clear up the miscommunication. All I sought to find out was where the miscommunication was and if anything could be done (perhaps contacting the person who answered the phone before could have cleared it up), but the pharmacist was rude, defensive and unapologetic, repeatedly telling me why my family member didn't need the medication instead of how come we were told on the phone they would get it. This could have easily been avoided with any level of communication skills. Maybe he was having a bad day, but there was a real lack of communication ability and zero sympathy for the situation we were now in. That said, I do not intend to cast any negativity toward the other staff. It's okay to have issues come up that cause changes in plans - but pharmacists should be able to properly communicate these things.

On June 18 I called in my order to refill 3 prescriptions to be mailed out. I called June 27 to find out why I hadn't received the prescription yet and was assured it was sent. June 29 I called again and was told it would be sent that day. July 1 I went on vacation but had someone pick up my mail. The prescription did not arrive until July 9 and an extra prescription was included. I have never had problems before, but thought I should report this trusting that it will not happen again.

They frequently make mistakes on my prescriptions. Like today, I go to fill 2 prescriptions and they only hand me back 1 of them. Not a big deal 1 time, but this happens often.

Excellent service - always goes the extra mile to help my family to support our father, which is challenging as we don’t live nearby.
