I bought the cream Helena makes at the pharmacy for hemorrhoids for my husband who had been suffering with fissures and waiting to see specialist for surgery and this cream after a few weeks gave him such relief he does not need surgery. I’m unsure what she mixes in it but it’s a miracle butt cream. Love the whole pharmacy and staff at the store. Thanks so much

The pharmacist or whoever is at the prescription drop off desk here is a rude lady. Went to get a prescription filled and the doctor wrote the wrong name on the prescription and this woman wouldn’t even help to fix it. She wanted me to drive back to the doctor and get a new prescription. Asked if she could call and she said it would be awhile (there was no line up) I said okay then she said it would take all day to make the prescription. Went to my normal pharmacy and was in and out within 20 mins and they had no issues calling over to get the prescription with my name on it. Never going back there

I like this store! Has a great selection of products. But what really sets it apart is the staff! Tiara is the person I usually talk to and she is just great and her knowledge of the products and what is best suited to me is impressive. She takes the time to get to know her customers and what their goals are. With that she can make informed recommendations as to which products to use. She's great! It's a bit of a drive from where I live to get there, but it's well worth it to deal with such knowledgeable people. A big thank you Tiara!! Keep up the good work!

Amazing customer service, product knowledge and options in terms of variety of product available -- capsules, bulk herbs, teas, tinctures etc. Only reason it's 4stars instead of 5 is the price point. Perhaps because of the employees having to have education, and personalized service, i.e. they will make whatever tincture or blend etc that you want -- perhaps that's why prices seem a little high. But worth the personal service and excellent product variety. Staff that know their stuff puts them way ahead of other pharmacies!

Not sure what these bad (older) reviews are on about. Have been going here for years now and have had very positive experiences with great, knowledge staff. I use both the natural side and the traditional pharmacy side, both are fantastic. I will go out of my way to take my prescriptions here, Halyna is awesome!

Revising my original review: I recently had to fill another compound prescription and this is one of few places near my house to do it - my doctor recommended against big pharmacies because of quality. They actually did go to the trouble of submitting the payment to my insurance and a large portion of a very expensive ointment was covered. Not sure why they didn't do this before. Old review: DO NOT fill your compound prescriptions here. They will make you pay for them because they're too lazy to submit the payment to your insurance. I've never had to pay for compound medication anywhere else. All other pharmacies have dealt with my insurance directly. It's actually much easier for the pharmacy than it is for the consumer. Even my insurance provider was very surprised the pharmacy didn't submit the claim, it's not something they experience often. It's really not worth the hassle, go elsewhere. And their customer service is terrible too. The health store itself is great and the staff there are incredibly helpful, but the pharmacy is not worth your trouble.

This is an intimate subject to review. There is a cream at Pure Pharmacy that is excellent for rectal hemorrhoids. Here is my experience with using it. I used to have painful hemorrhoids. One day I was directed by the staff at the pharmacy to a product effective for my complaints. It contained pure products without the usual "stuff" that is often ineffective for some people and often an irritant----me for one. With consistent use of this cream, the hemorrhoids shrunk and the discomfort disappeared. Now whenever there is a hint of discomfort, swelling or itching, applying this cream halts the progression and soothes the discomfort. After a couple years, I seldom get hemorrhoids and when there is the slightest indication, I have the cream on hand and use it immediately. It is easy to travel with because of the convenient tubes. I am never without it. It is called "PURE" HEMORRHOIDAL CREAM and is compounded in the pharmacy department. Comes in two sizes. The staff at the pharmacy and in the store are always knowledgable and friendly. It is a pleasure to shop there.

WORST EVER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM THE MANAGER. I spent about $80 on multivitamins and they made me sick after only taking 3. I brought them back to the store with receipt expecting a refund because vitamins are supposed to make you feel better right? Manager refused a refund and told me get a doctors note to prove that they are making me feel bad? Seriously? I will not waste mine or the doctors time with that nonsense. Just return my money. She refused. I did not give up there....I contacted the vitamin company directly and told them my experience. They said that she should give me a full refund. They contacted her and told her to refund my money. I went in the next day and she begrudgingly refunded me money. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE! I hope the manager is satisfied that her greediness has lost her a customer and gained a bad google review. By the way I am a little late posting this review, but did not realise until now that I could go public with it.

This is my favourite pharmacy that I’ve been to. Halyna is absolutely the best; all the staff are friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I’m moving away from this location, and I’m very sad I won’t be able to use it as my regular pharmacy any more - my spouse joked we will have to drive out here for my medication because we love it so much. It makes a big difference to have a pharmacy you can trust.

I went here to get a compound perception for my 5 month old son because it was near his pediatrician. The customer care from the Eastern European lady working in the pharmacy was terrible. She was extremely rude and had no concern for my son's needs. I asked her if there was a flavored option for the compound and she responded with, "he'll survive". I asked if there was another place closer to my house after explaining to her that I don't live in the area and that it's way out the my way to come back next time for a refill. She told me the nearest compounding pharmacy was in Vancouver, full well knowing there were a ton of other options. She even said that, "this is what we do for business". Luckily I found Delta Prescription Clinic who actually cared about my son's needs. The owner Micheal, even insisted on fixing my screw up when I acknowledged I mistakenly sent him the wrong prescription. Delta Prescription Clinic's price was also way lower than Pure although I'd happily spend more to avoid dealing with Pure again.

For a few months now ive been feeling less than my ideal self, I have visited several doctors and we couldnt identify that anything was wrong. Throughout this, ive tried a few prescribed medications and nothing has worked so far. One day I stopped by Pure, and Helena, the pharmacist took the time to consult with me and after explaining all my symptoms, recommended that I try Structured Silver. I didnt even know this existed! Since ive been taking Structured Silver, everyday for the last three weeks, my bloating and inflammation seems to have disappeared. Not only am I really glad that my symptoms went away, I'm also glad that the treatment was so simple and natural, and I am grateful for Helena's expertise.

I had to take a moment to write this review for the Pharmacist's at Pure in White Rock. The service here is unparalleled. Halyna and her team are 12/10. I phone them for prescriptions and when I arrive they are always ready! Halyna actually calls me if she receives a prescription from my GP to let me know when it will be ready. Christine who works on Sundays is exceptional too! Do yourselves a favour and try them. You won't be able to go anywhere else.

These guys never have items in stock. It takes a week before they get items in stock. The customer service is clueless and don't even know the items you want. I asked for fish oil and they direct me towards the protein bar section. Their attitudes are terrible. The women are very mean and unhelpful. I would never go back.

The knowledge of the staff, the products they sell, and the overall wellness aspect that guides the company for client wellness is really good. Unfortunately, during today's visit I requested the use of a washroom, given I am quite (obviously) pregnant and was denied by the male employee today. I have not been denied here in the past (during my pregnancy), so was quite upset. I was advised there is no public use (which to be fair, I am not aware if this policy has always been there or if its newly implemented); However, I was saddened there was no accommodation, given the circumstance. Just an FYI should any pregnant women find the instant urge to go, you may not be able to find relief here any longer.

I can't say enough about Pure because it is so much more than a traditional pharmacy. The decor is beautiful and it smells great but the big difference is the staff. They are so knowledgable about their natural products and are passionate about making sure that they help help to relieve your health issues. Their prices are very competitive and they provide additional discounts on the last Wednesday of the month so stock up then. It is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had....I arrived as a customer and left as a friend.

Pure is a true pharmacy! I was recently visiting my daughter in WhiteRock and popped in to this Pharmacy. I consulted with the pharmacist about how a drug I’d recently been prescribed would interact with other medications I’m already taking. She suggested that I speak with my doctor about finding an alternative for one of the existing drugs, as the combination with the new prescription was a dangerous one. I didn’t get her name, but she had a lovely Eastern European accent. Thank you very much for spotting this potential side effect and possibly saving my life!

Yelp seems to have a more honest rating of this store. The store is not super clean, not very well lit. Those were the first two red flags. The first staff I spoke with had Heavy make-up on and bad skin... and an obese lady who I spoke with after because the first staff I asked questions had no idea how to respond to me. This is a natural health pharmacy, so natural should be the theme. Some of the testers I opened were disgusting and old, I can't believe they would leave them out like that. Just no... there are better places to shop natural where the staff look natural and healthy and understand customer service involves answering questions about products. If I were being represented in this store, I would get my brand out of there.

I’ve been purchasing regularly from this store since it opened several years ago. I love the ambience, selection and lay-out. But.... I’m quite disappointed in the customer service for the last 6 months. A couple of the newer staff aren’t as knowledgeable as they should be, and they get defensive and aggressive if you don’t agree with their choice of a product. It’s with regret after all these years, but I need to move my monthly purchases, loyalty, and recommendations over to Nature’s Fare.

I went into pure for the first time the other day looking to pick up a B vitamin as well as an omega 3 to help with my anxiety and mood. I Had no idea that I would be leaving with much more than that ! Brylee was amazing ! She not only pointed me in the right direction, but also shared with me her extensive knowledge on the two supplements as well as others that may help me.
