We have been using this pharmacy for years, ever since we lived in the townhouses next door. We still go there as the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and conscientious. We really appreciate how the always let us know when prescriptions are running low.

Awful customer service. The staff and pharmacist are very rude. After scrolling through other negative reviews I can say I’m not the only person who has had numerous bad experiences here. I’ve given this pharmacy a few chances as it is the nearest pharmacy to me but regret visiting each time. Don’t waste your time here. Go across the street to London drugs or Shoppers.

Staff here is very grumpy. I interacted with post office employee and pharmacist on the same visit, they were both grumpy and pretty much rude. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Picking up parcels with notices always turns into an ordeal. Oh....call us first they say. What a good idea...except it rings for 30 seconds then straight to voicemail. Nobody picks up. I called 7x with the same results. They don't even attempt to see if you parcel is in...the lady just circled the date in a condescending manner. Horrible experience every time I have a parcel to pick up which is usually once a week.

I've been a couple times in past months great service. Both the regular staff & that of the Post Office. Those who seem to give bad reviews have done so many years ago. I guess they never figured that people change either in body(leave)or attitude or more likely the reviewers brought on the bad attitudes themselves.

I have used the post office and pharmacy and found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. If you live in the area there is lots of parking in the back. It is a smaller Pharmacy so don't have any great expectations as to the quantity of products in terms of general merchandise but if it is a Pharmacy / Postal outlet you need they have you covered.

They always close 5-15 mins early, and the hours are super inconvenient for a Canada Post outlet.

The 2.3 stars for this pharmacy is misrepresented because most of these horrible reviews are for Canada Post. The pharmacists and assistants are lovely and wait times for prescription are very reasonable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! ALL three times I've come and picked up my mail there they have been rude and one time even refused to give me my package because my address on my driver's license was old. I stated I had my new address sticker on my license but it fell off (she could even see the sticker marks from where it was) I had the slip, more than enough photo identification and she still refused! HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible hours. Not friendly. Literally ran up to the door at 6:00 to pick up my daughters prescription (that I placed over the phone and they did not call to confirm or call let me know it was ready). Not good customer care, not a member of our community. I will never bring my prescriptions to this location again.

This place is a joke and completely unorganized. From the dopey management who couldn't handle a customers request down to the man hating fools in the Canada post corner. My renewal notices are never placed in the box on time and when I do get them, it's my fault for not paying on time. Get your heads together in here folks. No one enjoys your long line ups just to see your scowling faces. Thanks for being such a joy for all these years but I have taken my business elsewhere.
