The receptionist, Parmeet, set up everything for a good phone appointment with the thorough physician on call. The prescription was sent on-line to my desired pharmacist. Very well run office with excellent caring staff.

Friendly staff but doctor prescribed steroid eye solution for our 18 months old. We later found out from our family doctor that solution is not suitable for babies OR adults. (It could cause permanent damage to developing eyes)

Staff super friendly... the fármacy guy is super helpful and always very polite. The receptionist very friendly and easy going. Polite when she makes appointments. The doctor is very nice and he gets to the point which I like it!

The front desk lady was sweet and polite. Dr. Walter displayed the requisite amount of courtesy to not be considered rude. I asked him to check a lump on my oblique which was not the primary reason I was in and he suggested I book another appointment or see my family doctor like I wasn’t already there. I hope experiences such as this are few. If you need to see a doctor quickly for a prescription etc this clinic may be fine.

I saw Dr. Walter and he seemed like he wanted to get the appointment over with before it began. He did not introduce himself. When asking about my medical history he asked me "what diseases do you have?". I don't think a doctor should assume anyone has any diseases so he could have worded this better. I didn't get my questions answered as he was in a rush. He was able to tell me I no longer had an ear infection but when I asked him about having pain still he didn't answer the question. Instead he repeated what he said previously about continuing with what I was already doing. The appointment was a waste of everyone's time. The exam room also wasn't clean. There were disposable otoscope speculas on the floor. The door was dirty above the door handle where you would place your hand if you didn't use the door handle. I could hear the other doctor with a patient in the exam room beside me. He did sound genuinely interested and in no rush with his patient. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She is the reason why I am giving a semi-decent review. I will not be going back to Dr. Walter again.

I booked my appointment here and when I called that day to confirm was told that I didn't have an appointment. I actually did so I just rescheduled. At NO point in time did the lady tell me that I would need cash because I was self pay. In fact when I showed up she asked for my BC card! I'm an American citizen, even handed her my passport. I was then told to go to the ATM at the liquor store. I walked there in the rain to be told that there was no ATM. I walked back to be told there's one 2km away. I used UBER to get here. It's raining. They can't take my card to pay for the appointment, but they're more then happy to take it at their in house pharmacy.

Dr. Sawal is very good at explaining health matters. Front desk receptionist has very good customer service skills and she is very good at her job. Dr. Sawal, he is very helpful/friendly and very detailed oriented. He does not try to rush always listens to patients overall needs in a very calmly manner. All his staff and clinic is very clean and tidy. So happy to have a doctor like Dr. Sawal. No complaints. I have been seen Doctor Walter lately, he is very calm and polite. I have been seen him for my back pain and other medical reasons, he listens and explains very well, he treats patients as his own patients. Very happy with Dr. Walter.

The doctor is efficient and understandinf, I didn't feel rushed and as a walk in they got me in a room in under 10minutes. The pharmacist is super friendly and double checks all of your prescriptions while explaining how to use it. Will come here from now on!

Very quick and efficient Walk-in. If the wait is more than an hour the receptionist will gladly take your card, and you can drop back in an hour. Even if they passed your turn, they'll put you back on top of the list. Been going here for passed 8 years, and Dr Sawal is very knowledgeable and straight to the point.

The receptionist and pharmacist are very friendly. However if you have chronic health issues do not see this Dr. He diagnosed me with a lung infection when I actually had a kidney stone. My temp was 103+ and he just sent me home with a prescription for lung infection.

I went in this walking clenic and the doctor said I have a lice, and I told him I don't have a lice and he is being rude on me. Then I went to the other walking clenic and the doctor found out that I have allergies and he sent me for my allergy test. After a few months I went back to green cross medical clinic just to get my allergy injection done theysame doctor that told me I have a lice before. I told the doctor I just need my allergy injection done I have all the medicine, and the doctor said to me, you go to your family doctor because they have all your record to your family doctor, so I went to theysame walking clenic who found out that I have allergy and they give my allergy injection done. I will not going back to this clenic anymore wasting time.

First time I visited walk-in this clinic. The receptionist Parmeet such a kind lady . The way she is talking is very polite . I really appreciate it. Doctor is also very nice . He listen very carefully my concern and give me medication. I really love this place .

Very impressed how quick turnaround was. If you're renewing a prescription the pharmacist refills while in appointment and there no wait for meds. Super friendly and helpful but last two times I dropped in doctor was on vacation and this time he wasn't working when I arrived. If you want a clinic to drop by any time, this isn't it. Hours sporadic. Call first to make sure doctor is in. Only morning off so had to go elsewhere.

Very friendly, and accommodating. Little things that matter. For example my toddler who was sick, fell asleep as I waited for my prescription; the pharmacist noticed and came to me to explain the dosage, just so I didn’t have get up with him. Wait time is very short and doctors are thorough.

I was there with my extended family member, an older patient. The clinic staff was so helpful in getting my wheelchair bound aunt in the room. Doctor was very kind and helpful, listened patiently and very efficiently helped in resolving the issue we were there for. I would have given 5 starts if hours of operation were longer and less erratic. Doctor is available only for 3-4 hrs. Longer hours can be helpful to the local growing community.
