poor customer service. They charged me $89.87 more by mistake. when I went back for a refund, they did refund but the manager was very impatient and arrogant. They shouldn't treat any customer in this way.

I went there in person, the female Pharmacist in the morning couldn't understand and was rude in answering my question as to whether AstraZaneca was in stock. Like other places, you either have it available or not. Simple question. She seemed offended and said-- 'What don't you understand?!, In a nasty tone. So I Will not return. Edit-My response: She was rude and three other pharmacies easily told me that they don't have anymore. I'm not going to convince you thay she was annoyed at me and rude. She was. Take me seriously.

So impressed with how consistently positive the environment is here and the personalized service from the pharmacist, Maral, always stands out. I love the unique natural health product and supplement selection here. I was on the hunt for a product for a while and couldn't find it anywhere, but they were kind enough to order it for me really quickly. Plus, when I couldn't make it in, they even delivered them to me! They really know how to go above and beyond and I make the trip from downtown just to go here -- its that good!

I can't believe I waited so long to switch from a large chain to Pure Integrative Pharmacy on Bellevue Avenue in West Vancouver. The service is stellar and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. Their customer service is second to none. In particular, having Maral Reazi, BSc. (Pharm.) represent this company is a coup - she's amazing! As a business owner, I appreciate service and skill-set, and she provides both. I encourage anyone frustrated with long waits and sub-par service to switch to Pure Integrative Pharmacy - and if you live in West Vancouver, to move to the one on Bellevue. Several friends and acquaintances have switched (I tell everyone) and the've remarked that the service is everything I'd said and more. They've got a carefully curated selection of vitamins, minerals, and holistic products - really, all you need. Why waste half an hour looking at appliances and computer gear while you wait for your prescription when you can call ahead, pick it up - or use their drop-off service. If you're not a customer, it's worth switching. They do all the work - you just go from substandard service (at your current pharmacy) to spectacular (at Pure). This is a great business and it deserves to thrive and succeed.
