Looking for a gift for someone? You don't have to go to Park Royal. The lady who stocks the gift section here is amazing. There are so many wonderful little treasures. Rare is the occasion when I can't find a gift for someone here. She is also really helpful. You can tell she loves what she does.

The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and polite. More than any other store in the mall I have come to know many of the staff here. They are all nice people and social. The store is extremely tidy and well organized, especially the gift section. The lady who runs the gift department does a wonderful job and is always willing to help you with custom orders.

The pharmacy is populated by great staff who are personal, efficient and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else! The rest of the store is also well run and a great place to find last minute gifts.

I cane in late, but still had time before closing. Staff was rude as soon as I entered the store . I had already been warned this store was really overpriced and that combined with the terrible customer service makes it somewhere I won’t visit again.

Nice selection of wound dressings. Came in to buy some stuff for road rash, and the guy in the back was very knowledgeable and helped pick up some dressings that aren't typically as available comercially.
