When I moved to West Nip I did what everyone does and go to the largest pharmacy in town being a newcomer. After many issues I made the switch to Remedy's and wish I did sooner. The level of service, knowledge, foresight and care at Remedy's is unmatched anywhere in town. Max and his staff are just amazing. Very helpful with any question I've ever had regarding medication you just know these kind folks care about you and make you smile. Do yourself a favour and make the switch to Remedy's and Max's team. You'll be glad you did.

I absolutely love the pharmaceutical staff at this pharmacy. I moved to Sturgeon in February and through referral, I gave them a try. Best experience I've ever had. They're very personable, friendly and have tons of knowledge. Max also works together with my medical team which is a nice, easy experience for me. I will never go anywhere else!

Max the pharmacist is absolutely amazing I switched from No Frills Pharmacy after too many mistakes and their wait time for filling a script became over an hour(ridiculous) Max took care of switching all my perscriptions over-one less thing I had to do. Never anything bad to say about this place Max, Courtney and Carol are by far the best and take their time to relate with every one who comes through the door. Max takes the time to let you know what your new prescriptions are all about and will take the time doing so, if you have a million questions about it he will answer all of them just to make you feel secure, safe and ensure you know what you are taking. There is not a time that I don't wan't to go in and say hi to them because they make you feel that welcome. No matter what I have asked or needed they all know what they are talking about, they are very knowledgeable. Last but not least the wait time for your prescriptions is not ultra long, and there is a delivery option which has helped my mom a lot since after running around she has more troubles. I wish no matter where I move in life that max could be my pharmacist and the other staff could be there too!

Very good experience, Just needed a requisition for an xray . Family Dr. was away and didn't want to sit and wait at emerg for that. With this Welkin Clinic that the have on site I was able to do a on line consult face time with a Dr. and from there got the requisition. Staff are very friendly and helpful .
