Sympathetic and helpful staff.

I went to ask if there was a fee to read (dispense) my prescription, the casher didn’t know and ended up asking the other employees and eventually the pharmacist for help (which he did, he was friendly at first). However, when I told him (very kindly) I didn’t want to fill my prescription there and would go to else where, he told me very rudely that I had wasted their time and that they were very busy (they had 1 other person in line). Would never go back.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly, and this is the only pharmacy where the pharmacist cares (bad experiences at shoppers). Also, prescriptions are generally ready very fast. The people who posted negatively must of been having a bad day cause this is a great individually run pharmacy. In terms of hygiene, it's fine, just because it's not recently renovated doesn't mean it's dirty. They focus on customer service instead.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve had to get medication. The wait is very reasonable. Great place for students or for anyone really, they really care and will help you get the best deal.

It's a really nice little pharmacy with a very friendly and professional staff. My family has been going there for 15 years. We love it. It's also right next door to a good walk-in clinic.
