He's warm and gives nothing but respect and kindness. He opened a couple of years ago but still needs to build his customer base... So get on it people!! I’ve only started using the services at the Erb Street I.D.A pharmacy for the past couple of months, and I have to admit that I’m happy to have chosen this pharmacy. They’re pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly, as are the staff, always warmly greeting you upon entry. Questions about medications or changes in dose are answered and filling prescriptions is seamless, and very fast, I’m actually surprised at how fast things get done here, I get the impression that the pharmacist takes great pride in his work and business.

For 5 days my wife was without a critical medication as Rexall on Frederick St said was not available and they blamed the doctors at Hamilton Rehab Hospital for not getting a substitute. Long story short, Mairaj at IDA was able to get the original medication it in less than 2 days and now my wife is doing fine. The personal service, quick response and helpful advice makes me feel Mairaj does actually care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The pharmacist here is so kind and friendly. I came here for my vaccine, and he was very willing to answer all my questions, and even casually chat while I waited for my 15 minutes post-vaccine. It's also so nice to be able to get a COVID vaccine in a smaller, independent pharmacy. In contrast to my friends who got vaccines at Walmart/Sobeys, etc., it was only the pharmacist and I in the shop, so it felt incredibly safe and clean! I highly recommend this place to folks who live in the area, and it's even worth the drive for those a bit further away.

I can easily say this is the best pharmacy/best pharmacist I have ever been to. The owner (who is there everyday) is a very honest person.
