I've largely been dealing with bigger box pharmacy but tried this smaller pharmacy and wow! Great hands on service, with the pharmacist giving me more information in my first interaction than the last 10 at my previous pharmacy. And decent selection of stuff like cold meds, shampoos etc and they're happy to special order things. ps hours posted on google are wrong though as the pharmacy doesn't open until 9:30.

The people who work there are nice. Unfortunately, they gave the wrong amount of medicine twice. The first time it happened, I was surpriced by the big box so I asked the seller what had changed. I had taken that medicine for over a year and it always looked a certain way and now she was giving me a much, much bigger box. She said it was all the same, just different packaging. I paid and left to run some other errands before getting home. Suddenly, I realized I had 7 missed calls from The Pharmacy and several voice mails. I call back, a bit scared and it was the seller who said she had given me too much medicine (actually enough for more than a year!!) and I had to return it. I agreed, of course. I said she could come to my house to pick it up if she wanted (as she sounded really desperate!). She said "no, you can come tomorrow". I went back the next day after work to return the extra packages and she barely apologized. First, she made me feel like a thief (due to her mistake which I had kind of pointed out). Second, I was forced me to go there again the next day and waste MY time. The second time, they gave me less tablets of a medicine I take daily with another one (so usually both run out at the same time). When I went to complain and explained that I lacked around 20 tablets, the same lady seller told me "maybe you forgot to take the other one (the one that still had tablets left) a few days". That was enough! I cannot go there anymore if they cannot count the pills/boxes properly. I still give them 2 stars because there is a male seller/pharmacist that works there, who is very polite.

Thank you for providing a service none of the other pharmacies in Vancouver downtown care to bother with. The pharmacy is the only place I could find that rents out wheelchair chairs. The price is nominal and very accessible. You guys are awesome

Are these ratings accurate when owner, family members of owner, and possibly friends give 5 stars and bogus comments. Look at Pharmasave website and a few people on here is relative or owner. Sad
