Mediocre customer service: during busy times, this location is often behind on orders. Automated phone service is not always up-to-date with changes in order status and may deliver messages that are outdated. Employees may not even check if a prescription has been faxed to them if they are busy.

Excellent and friendly staff and manager who are always willing to go the extra mile for a customer. They really seem to care about customer welfare and are able to advise about alternatives. Indeed this pharmacy is the only reason I continue to patronize Safeway since it was bought by Sobey's and the consequent severe deterioration in service in the rest of the store through understaffing.
