I have been to a lot of pharmacies around Vancouver and the staff at this particular location always go above and beyond for me. As someone who needs to refill medication every few months they have made it a really simple process. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and I would recommend anyone in the area to visit this location for medical needs!

Amazing staff. They service a lot of the Chinese seniors in the neighborhood so they can speak Cantonese and Mandarin (and English of course). Quick and diligent and always go the extra mile to offer helpful advice. Me and my girlfriend always come here even if we have to go out our way. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy, I had a special compounding medication that I needed made for a terrible infection and its cost two hundred dollars for up front because it needed to be sent away because they didnt have it here. I needed to wait a week for it twice (because the first treatment didn't work) and the first bottle that was compounded was larger and had more medication in it and I was given this pathetic applicator that I had to fill three times to get the right dosage to give to myself vaginally which is outrageous! They clearly did not account for waste. I called and complained the lady was sympathetic and told me to sit tight and she would get to the bottom of it and NEVER got back to me. When I called her back she firmly and rude she told me that I didn't use it correctly and it was not on them because she got a guarantee from the person who made it that it was the same amount as before which is a lie because why would I be lying... I was left two my own devises with these cheap bottles and pathetic applicator they gave me to use. They should be ashamed of themselves! I hope this review prevents some people from going here.
