In and out in 30 minutes (plus pharmacy wait for prescriptions about 45 minutes total) no line up at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon (they close at 3pm). Attendant takes vitals, calls Dr, took 5 minutes for Dr. to call back via Webex to view/speak with attendant and patient. The Dr who called in was out of Toronto and obviously on duty (scrubs), about 45 yrs old. Clean waiting area with nice chairs.

I do not know how to express my gratitude to someone like Muhammad Kylie and Evelyn who takes the time to listen and to make their clients feel valued and respected, treating others as they would want to be treated. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for them. Thank you for taking such great care of me. They will jump through hoops to make sure their clients are taking care of and they seem to genuinely care about you, especially Muhammad. Muhammad is truly a remarkable pharmasist that i respect and trust. and I really like him as a person. Kylie is sweet and and always helpful. Evelyn is very nice and helpful. If you are looking for customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff Trent IDA should be your new pharmacy. I was a customer at Shoppers for years but had always felt like just a number. No personal service and customer service always felt like you were interrupting something. I was never greeted by my name. Since switching I now get phone calls saying my prescription is ready. When I walk in the door both Debbie and Mohammed know my name. Although this pharmacy may not be able to cater to all your shopping needs it definitely delivers on all the things that matter. It feels like Scanlon’s Pharmacy. The little pharmacy in Brighton where I grew up. Make the switch you will be glad you did.
