This place claims that it’s an authorized FedEx centre but they have no knowledge and provide no help regarding FedEx shipping. When I asked for help, I was told to call Fedex and ask them. I just don’t understand how they can call themselves a FedEx centre when they are not capable of dealing with a very simple shipping process. I already had all the labels printed. I have not been there as a pharmacy customer, but my encounter was the with pharmacy staff. If they can’t deal with a simple matter, I wouldn’t trust them with my prescription. They are dishonest about the FedEx service and don’t really offer it but claim that they do. Unprofessional and incompetent pharmacy.

The other negative reviews are accurate. Terrible customer service and zero cooperation. Would not recommend for FedEx service or anything else. Do yourself a favor and take your business where you will be treated better.

My experience matches the more highly rated reviews. I have used this pharmacy for many years, and continue to, even though there are now many pharmacies closer to my home. I have found the staff to be generally pleasant and helpful. But most importantly, the pharmacists are exceptional in quickly addressing any prescription renewal issues, and the increasing problems with prescription medication availability. It's a keeper!

I can only agree with the negative reviews. Worst experience I ever had at any pharmacy was at this one. The staff is very unfriendly, rude and incompetent. Will definitely never go again and can only advise others to use different pharamacies as well.

The staff here are so nice and helpful. They are so fast with preparing prescriptions, most of them will be ready on the spot. This is the main draw for me, I was fed up with my local pharmacy taking days to prepare anything so I switched to here.
