I would never complain for waiting, but when you’ve waited over 30minutes for a simple prescription (literally from 1:45 to 2:20) and you see that in the mean time they pushed through people who came after but who knew the pharmacist personally, that’s pretty aggravating. It’s a shame because the desk staff of the clinic are super nice and very helpful. You would think a pharmacist would understand that everyone is in pain and in a hurry, not just the one patient she happens to know personally.

The pharmacy is great. A bit disappointed with the clinic. The sign on the sidewalk says it’s open. Walked in around 2 today, and was told the doctor decides her own hours and she left already.

Went into Pharmasave the other day to pick up a few toiletry items. Was surprised to see the prices are much better than a nearby Rexall at Manulife Centre. And the pharmacist that did the check out was very courteous. Would definitely come back here again for basic toiletry items

I've had several visits to this pharmacy recently and have had a very satisfactory experience myself, and witnessed how other clients are being treated as well. The staff is super friendly and professional. They even go out of their way to provide the costumers with what they ask for, and take their time to explain all the relevant details. What I like about them the most is that they are generous in giving useful advice within their expertise , and are very patient with clients asking them questions. This is the place that I would definitely keep going to and highly recommend to others.

This is a hard working small family run pharmacy at Bay & North of Wellesley which provides an efficient digital portal experience for bookings (vaccines, etc. ) and a friendly personalized & knowledgeable engagement when physically there. The products sold including the Pharmasave House brands are reasonably priced. One health should not be an industrial experience - This pharmacy shows how to do it right!

After two days of trying to find a pharmacy that could administer the AZ vaccine ASAP (imminent surgery), Sanomed Pharmasave called ME to offer the earliest inoculation yet, which turned out to be three days earlier than originally promised! My husband is brown and he was profiled at this place. I was waiting for him outside as we had to go somewhere but he wanted to buy spray deodorant. He went inside and tried one on to check the feelings and if he would get an allergic reaction as they are quick on his skin. As I was outside I looked in through the glass from where I was to call him but I saw the employee looking at someone while serving a costumer. I went inside just to make sure she wasn't looking at him thinking he's going to steal something, but she was. I saw that as her just doing her job, but I was still a bit offedned that she would think he would steal something, so I told him lets go buy somewhere else. While we were walking out the door she called us and spoke out loud and told us "are you going to pay for that?" He told her he just used it and he didnt take anything. Then she told him "will you pay for what you used?" we told her "we didnt take anything" She said "anyone who uses anything must pay for it". I told her this is no way to talk to people. There is a resetcful way to tell someone they can't do something. I told her you could tell him that he can't use it and that would be acceptable but you don't accuse him like this. I asked her to give me a card so I can contact someone. She told me "no, get out of here". I have never been treated like this in any place. I've went to shoppers drugmart all the time and asked to use products before purchasing them and they always allowed me. This was pure profiling because of the way he looks. I can't see any other way around this. If I see fit I will file a consumer report if this falls in any of the cases listed under it.

Some of the pharmacists here are ok, others not at all, and one of the pharmacists who's male (not sure how many men they have on staff there, I think one) is beyond rude and needs to get some basic education/training in what customer service actually is. I will never get anything here again, despite it being very close to where I live.

Unprofessional and lack of communication between the staff. I called before going to the pharmacy for a rapid COVID test and they said walk-in test are available. When I arrived the lady in the front desk said that I had to come back on Monday. My trip is tomorrow and they didn’t want to help me saying that they were very busy. I wasted money and time by coming to this place. Really frustrated.

My doctor office suggested Sanomed Pharmacy for a compounding ointment. I called them and I explained that I don’t live in the neighborhood. They were kind enough to make the ointment for me in half an hour. They also delivered my refills directly to my place (free delivery). I highly recommend Sanomed Pharmacy. Fast, precise and caring. Very unhappy with the service. I had to pay $100 to see a doctor as I don't have access to OHIP as a temp worker. I paid on top for medication. However, i had to pay an additional $40 which i was not made aware of at the start of this whole process to receive my results over the phone on a 2 minute call.

Don’t waste your time here. They claim to be a “walk in” clinic but this isn’t true. As per the receptionist they only accept walk ins “if the doctors happen to be ahead of schedule.” I got an ultrasound after seeing a doctor here. The ultrasound found something that required me to see a specialist, however the people at Sanomed never bothered to inform me. I only found out months later when I inquired about it while I was calling to refill a prescription.
