My experience with this pharmacy has is borderline neglect and completely terrible in every which way . You see my wife was in the hospital for dehydration due to consistent vomiting . The cost of the meds was just under 200.00 but of course they only had 1 day supply to pick up remainder the next day. I returned the next day only to find out the medication was not there. They said may take a week, while my wife was at home vomiting constantly and they said that was best they can do. My suggestion is stay clear of this location they never have medications in stock. Worst pharmacy in Sudbury. Darrin Robinson!

It's a little over priced and long wait times for medication, they see you stand there and don't even acknowledge the fact your there. White brick flooring is nice.

Overpriced and not much selection. I was looking for a simple wrist splint, I had one option and it was going to cost 50$ for something that I have found elsewhere for 20$.

Totally dissatisfied with this pharmacy, we are limited in compounding pharmacies , some of us are unfortunately stuck with this pharmacy. I’m not sure if they are short staffed, or just unorganized, but prescriptions are never ready when they are suppose to be. When I bring up concerns to the staff they just don’t seem to care.

My elderly aunt called for her prescription that hadn’t been delivered 5 days after ordering. She called pharmacist to inquire when her prescription would be delivered and he hung up on her.

My husband and I had to travel to Toronto so he could have eye surgery to repair what is called "macular hole". It is imperative that he keeps his head down for two weeks to ensure the surgery's success. In order to sleep with his head down, we purchased a system that was supposed to help. When I got it home and assembled it we tried every which way for him to use it comfortably. It just didn't work for him. Perhaps for other people it would be a good aid. Normally, these types of health aides are not refundable. Carole Pigeau, Manager of this department understood our situation and immediately offered a product return and full refund. I cannot fully describe our sincere appreciation and thanks for this act of kindness. We 100% recommend Robinson's Pharmacy and rate this establishment 5 Stars. If you haven't visited, drop by and meet the friendly staff, you'll be glad you did. Larry and Helen McLaughlin Sudbury.

they wouldnt let me fill one perscription. i wanted to bring my script to walmart at a later date because walmart didnt carry it at the time. i cant retrieve my script to bring it.

BEWARE.This is how it begins.I get to the cancer clinic in Sudbury Ont ;Im told to call Pharmasave and pick up the supply's needed in order for my mother to finish up her cancer treatments at home, First i,m told thy don,t have it, then the second person said thy do; then i get trans ford again and told they don't finely this get's sorted out, Then the next morning to find out they sent some of the wrong parts

Bought an electric chair for my mom. Decided on a chair for $1249.99 which was signed for that price. I have a picture. When I went to pay. They said “oh sorry but the chair is actually $1900. Since my mom really needed the chair I bought it. I get the chair home. My mom refused to use it. So I called Pharmasave back and told them what is happening. A manager was to call me back. I’m still waiting for a call. It’s been three weeks. Even if the answer was no I would have really appreciated a call back. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Will not support this store in the future. I will add that Penny was very helpful initially buying the chair.

This pharmacy needs to provide better patient care and explain how they dispense RX especially when it comes to seniors. My elderly father was prescribed naproxen and esomeprazole together . If it was separate it would have been covered 100% but since it was together it was not covered. Instead of taking the time explaining this to the patient BEFORE they dispensed it ad then told my dad its not covered and you have to pay. The could have called the doctor informed the doctor it is not covered for this patient and could they send 2 RX separately. This is the proper way and how to retain customers. My dad called me in Toronto very upset that the pharmacist did not take the time to explain this to him and he is on limited income and has to pay in full. This is the difference between taking the time with patients and EXPLAINING things properly. It very sad my dad has to call me in Toronto to get proper patient centred cared care and explain why and what they should have done. In addition and more importantly these are new drugs and it was dispensed NOT by a pharmacist -the cashier handed new drugs with zero explanation on how to take it as she herself is not even a pharmacist- wrong on so many levels. It is a new RX and he had to call me in Toronto since they did not explain ANYTHING to him. I would be leery going to a pharmacy that all they care about is money not patients.
