I have found the service from the 2 pharmacists Colleen and Karen and the pharmacy assistant Bun to be absolutely 100% amazing???? They are the most kind, compassionate and understanding women that I have ever dealt with by far, and they genuinely care about their patients, not treating us just like a number, but rather remembering small personal things and being on a first name basis (even on the phone I never have to use my last name ????). They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are ok and giving helpful tips regarding any illness that myself or my daughter are dealing with at the time., and are so very nice and easy to deal with no matter what the situation is ???? they are the only pharmacy that I will ever use...and every time that my daughter comes with me, they go out of their way to stop what they are doing no matter how busy and to come out from behind the counter and make a big fuss chatting to my little girl... My daughter absolutely loves going there, as they always make her feel so special, and she loves getting to see colleens beautiful golden retriever, who always pops his paws and head up on the counter to greet her ???? they always make us feel like family, and always put a smile on my girls face no matter how sick she is with her severe asthma. A huge thank you to the ladies at Hillcrest, who always give us the best care and show us that we are not just another number ????????
