We have used Clark's for over 20 years. For the first decade few faces seemed to change and we had a personal/professional relationship with the pharmacists. In the past 10 yeas that seems to have changed and we rarely see the same faces twice. Our doctor prescribes a medication for us that is not covered by our plan. The pharmacy with no explanation only dispenses 1/4 of the amount of medication on each refill. We are charged a dispensing fee for each individual refill making the cost of dispensing 4 times what a single dispensing would cost. Being retired this adds cost with no benefit to us, increasing the trips to the pharmacy along with those added cost.. Front staff seem friendly, again changing constantly. I shopped yesterday for a simple thermometer. The only one in stock were children's thermometers, seems like a simple article, especially during a pandemic you would see the need to check temperatures.

Just wanted to share that I got my 2nd vaccine dose here, and the technician was outstanding! No joke, the most painless and well-executed jab I've received in my life. Highly recommend.

I have used Clarkes for many years. the people that work there are all very helpful and friendly .The other day had a problem with a prescription and the pharmacist went out of her way to make sure that the problem was taken care of. Would highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a great pharmacy.

The team at Clark's is great. It's wonderful having the team manage prescriptions when dealing with multiple doctors, keeping an eye for conflicts. It's very convenient to be able to book tImes for injections and vaccines. The hours are great and the store is always well stocked. Monica is a great addition to the team but you can be assured whomever serves you the service is great

She’s been a wonderful help to me, made me feel at home and allowed me to ask questions. I am very impressed by Dhwani with her knowledge and kindness when I approached her. Top notch!

No call backs on phone orders, opinionated response as to why meds are not ready. This is not the pharmacy I was really happy with a year ago. Store staff are wonderful, but no personable feeling at pharmacy. Moving my pharmaceutical needs to another pharmacy. Very unfortunate indeed.

All the staff at Clark’s Pharmasave are always so quick to help and provide knowledgeable insight. I live in Delhi but due to a bad experience at the Delhi location, I transferred here. A couple weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped in quickly to pick up a prescription and came to realize it wasn’t fully covered by my insurance plan. It was a tough week for me and I did not have enough money on me so I told the young cashier I would have to leave my prescription and come back on payday. I was so embarrassed. She went out of her way to cheer me up and even paid for my prescription. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again.If my memory serves me right I believe she said her name was Amanda. I have since paid it forward.
