(Original) Lundi 27 janvier 2020 en fin de soirée j'ai été au Uniprix Chemila Mamode, car j'avais un mal de gorge et je passais à la BNC en face. J'ai demandé à voir un pharmacien pour poser une simple question sur le meilleur sirop pour mon type de mal de gorge. On m'a répondu que puisque ma pharmacie habituelle était juste à côté qu'on ne voulait pas me servir et me disant que je devais aller au Jean Coutu (ma pharmacie habituelle qui est proche). ???? Bref, j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience. Il n'y avait presque personne... elle aurait pu prendre 1 p'tit minute pour me conseiller… et me vendre un produit. Voyons ! De vrais paresseux. ???? J’ai une bonne mémoire et je ne vais pas venir vous voir la prochaine fois même si vous êtes plus proche de l’endroit où je me trouve. ???? Je vous recommande d'aller au Jean Coutu qui est juste à côté !

It took more than 10 hours to have a prescription drug delivered. They didn't give a time frame of when to expect delivery (even when i called them twice). Asked for credit card information for charges but delivery guy asked for cash saying they didn't charge the card. However, in store, everything seems organized and staffs are friendly.
