Former owner was beyond awesome so when new ones came in around 2013 service and attitude towards long time customers that were on opioids changed, it made them seem subpar but Margo is usually ok, front staff always nice

The other day I purchased some medicine from this place. I ask an explanation why there was an additional fees charge along with medicine cost, they were unwilling to answer properly.

Unfortunately they have eliminated people spending $5 or less on debit therefore if you're poor and you want to grab something for under five bucks at the store on debit you will be denied

I went in for a PCR test and they handed me the take home kits. I brought it back the next morning, and they said I will hear back from public health within 48 hours. 96 hours passed, nothing. They can’t locate my test, and lost my PCR. They mentioned I should come back for another test. To mention, it’s been over 2 weeks.

Very much unprofessional. I had waited about an hour only for a vaccine shot. I was surprised to see that i was the only one person in the row waiting for the vaccine and still they took such a huge time.

my doctor place the prescription via phone, cau' it's the closest to my house, but they some how split the prescription into 2 before the surgery and after the surgeries so I have to double pay the service fee. in the end I paid over $25 for less than $2 worth of prescription. So check your bill before paying

I am wondering how this pharmacy was authorized as a COVID 19 vaccination centre, when it does not even have a process for booking appointments? Contacted on March 24 for vaccination, pharmacy front desk person said she can come on March 27 at 12.00 noon, when requested to note the name and DOB, he said no not required. Again confirmed on Saturday morning. When my wife went for vaccination, the same pharmacy said, no it can't be given without appointment, what is going on???? There were more than one client in similar peril!

I didn't have an OHIP card (lost it long time ago) but I had my old OHIP number. The number didn't work because it was so old but these guys were great at helping me get my Covid vaccine without it. They figured it out with the information I gave them and I was on my way ... Very nice experience!

Really good place with very good customer service. The pharmacist and staffs are ready to help any time and are able to service you with a smile. Super quick prescription fills. Highly recommended. Great help with the covid vaccination and Rtpcr test.

Yesterday Tuesday- at approximately 6 :20 pm I asked the pharmacist to recommend something safe to take for clear uncongested nasal drip/ runny nose. I stated I take a few antidepressants and the pharmacist came around and looked at the shelves and told me to take 12 hour CLARITIN ALLERGY AND SINUS. The pharmacist even asked again "No congestion, right?" and I replied no congestion! It turns out that the massive dose of decongestant 120 mg Pseudoephedrine that it contains can KILL ME . I took it tonight and my heart is racing. Another pharmacist said I should go to the hospital Emergency department as I take Venlafaxine 150 mg and my blood pressure is high. If my blood pressure or heart rate gets too high I can die. I am in this position because I trusted the BAD ADVICE I GOT FROM BIRCHMOUNT PHARMASAVE'S INCOMPETENT PHARMACIST. I urge anyone reading this to double check with a different pharmacy / pharmacist before taking any advice from this pharmacy. Your life may depend on it !!
