I had a knee injury and was having difficulty walking. I called there to see if they had canes in stock. I explained my situation and asked if she could bring one up to the till and I’d be right over. She greeted me when I walked in and had several up front to choose from. She was very kind and compassionate. Great little store.

Kelly, who has very kindly attended to my purchases before and patiently waited for me to apply for Pharmasave Rewards as well as pharmacist Krista was very efficient and prompt in processing my prescription. In addition to all the very unique items coming out for Christmas, there was a beautiful, stunning Halloween basket handcrafted at the checkout by the store manager Debbie. This goes to show pride of ownership in differentiating themselves from any other drug store.

Incredibly lazy pharmacy staff. I wasn't pleased my elderly mother, who had just gotten a knee replacement, wasn't offered a delivery. So I went and got it for her. I asked what the criteria for being helpful is as my mother went here for years already and they were fully aware of all of the above. Cara (VERY LARGE blonde) then starts screaming around from behind the pharmacy counter despite the fact i wasn't dealing with her. I was asking a co worker who was pleasant and had already answered my question (basically they're God and can do no wrong) and I was kind of laughing at the lack of explanation when Penguin started screaming as I exited the store! I've never seen anything like it before and my pharmacist gave me the information to launch a formal complaint. Apparently she has quite the well know reputation. Needless to say, my mother stopped going here (after years of poor service, she didn't know it was abnormal) and I recommend anyone with a loved one go elsewhere. I wont even start on the times they handed out medications that had negative interactions when taken together. Your health is worth caring about everyone! Take care!

Pharmacist actually took the time to find out more from me and there was a better solution than first prescription. Small business, great staff... I'll support them as I can.

I am known to the Pharmacare pharmacists because I have often been there with grandchildren over the years. I have found the staff very accommodating and helpful. Today one of the women helped me solve a problem that was unsolvable at 3 other pharmacies I tried previously. Kudos to them!
