Nothing but good experiences here. The pharmacists are always nice and are very knowledgeable- they always make sure I know about the medication if I bring them a new prescription. When I call in to refill a prescription, they have it ready very very quickly. One time I called in, got there in 10 minutes, and they already had it ready for me!!! The longest I've ever had to wait is like 5 minutes, and that's during their peak hours. I got my prescriptions at Safeway before this, and even if I called in, a few times I had to wait 20 minutes to get my prescription after waiting in a long lineup at the till because I assumed it would be ready. I also like supporting local small businesses. Excellent customer service and speed, I fully recommend them!

Great service! ....Until I had to return a thermometer because it wasn't recommended for babies. Package was never opened or tampered with, it was a 40$+ thermometer that I cannot use until he is 1 year old, would not even exchange for a different one, that to me, is bad service.

One of the pharmacist that happens to be there every time I come for a prescription is ALWAYS angry slamming cupboards and swearing. Extremely rude. Maybe find a profession that you don’t have to deal with people because clearly that is not his strong suit.

.... all for three pieces of tape. So I went to Werezak's to buy a baby card, sign it and put it in my parcel to be sealed with the gifts for baby and promptly headed to the Werezak's Post Office to post the parcel. The card purchase went fine. BUT "We don't provide packing tape for customers". I wasn't able to seal the package to send it. Wow. Small stuff is big stuff. This was my "go-to" place. Never again.

I always go there since it's close to home and family owned, WARNING, everyone in the family is nice and gives good service except one of the sons ( bold, angry, rude one ) needs some training or maybe anger management program, if i was the father i would send him to the army.

Other than having to return the next day somtimes for a prescription, I've always had good service here. I also found out for some prescriptions that I've had to return for I can call ahead the day before and ask them to have it for me when i come in the next day. Plus really excellent customer service from the guys at the counter.

Having dealt with the folks at Werezak's for about 20 years, I obviously have received absolutely exceptional service. Whether I happen to drop in and deal with the folks at the Post Office end, or deal with the folks at the front end, or of course, even if I get prescriptions, I know I can count on them. We generally have a few laughs as I usually end up buying more than I planned on. Being able to call and have the prescriptions and occasionally other items delivered to my place free of charge is a very nice service that I really appreciate. I personally so have 2 local drug stores, BUT, not a chance I will alter where I deal and I cannot Thank them enough. Give them a try if You may be looking for Great Service, for Friendly Folks, from a locally owned Pharmacy.
