THE BEST pharmacy hand downs!! Customer service that has NEVER let me down! All the staff, from the Pharmacists to the delivery drivers and everyone in between, are fantastic; not just pleasant to deal with but also knowledgeable, professional, respectful, easy to talk to, and always willing to accommodate & help whenever they can. They also have free delivery, you can have your prescription faxed to them and then just call and ask to have it delivered ???? You might want to find out a little about how their delivery works; for example - your Rx is not sent out as soon as it is filled; deliveries begin at set times and need time to be filled before the day's deliveries are sent out; just call and ask, they'll be happy to help you!

I have been working with Jonathan for since 2013. Jonathan and his staff have been absolutely fantastic. I always feel welcomed and taken care of in their pharmacy. Any question I have asked about medication, changes, or alternatives, they have been happy to answer my questions and have always been very well informed. My prescriptions have always been filled promptly and I have never experienced any mistakes with my prescriptions. It's nice to have a pharmacy where questions are encouraged.

Fantastic service went for my flu shot today as they had a walk in clinic, and only had to wait a few minutes. The pharmacist was exceptional and I never even realized the injection was completed. I highly recommend Saskatoon Family Pharmacy for all your needs, and the even stock a wide assortment of Ideal Protein products.

Before filling my prescription I mentioned that I live in Regina and asked if the refills would be transferable there. They said yes. I waited 45 minutes for them to fill the prescription, and when they were finally ringing me up they told me that it isn't actually transferrable. So they couldn't fill my prescription. What a waste of my time.

Unbelievable service!! When traveling from out of the city I forgot my infant daughters medication which isn’t available at every pharmacy, the pharmacist stayed late to make sure we had it! If we lived in the city I would definitely make this our pharmacy!!!
