Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Tried to get my prescription three times in five days and they had the wrong one every time. Finally gave up and called sobeys who were happy to help and without hesitation had a solution. Asked for a pharmacist and not sure I even spoke to one

The store is nicely renovated. But I find they don’t always have products in stock that they claim are normal products. They also don’t follow their price match policy very well. When they opened they price matched competitors, now they only price match 3 stores. They won’t price match co-op which is in walking distance of this store. They also won’t price match if you don’t purchase more “regular” priced items. I went to buy a few things that they had on sale and then was going to get one thing price matched, they wouldn’t price match because I could only find one of the products they were supposed to have on sale. The price match policy also stated you should be your product for one cent less, and most of the time they don’t give you that. It’s only a cent so it’s not a big deal, but you should follow your own policy.

Store is very clean, plus the produce here is not overpriced or rotten like many grocery stores I have visited before. Plus prices are pretty impressive against many other grocery stores as well. I will be shopping here a lot from now on.

I have shopped here almost exclusively since they opened-during a pandemic. Could NOT ask for a cleaner, more organized store. The staff is ALWAYS kind and helpful. The facebook page is updated so fast I never miss any great deals. The only thing they don't have is a hot chicken or fresh baking. Great work to the Team here.

Great new addition to the Confederation Mall! Wide variety and decent prices. Grocery shopping is much more reasonable than the former Safeway, was. I'm not sure if the deals on the chicken is going to be long term or just a store opening customer attraction...but it's a super deal!!

No doubt that the store has good product range at competitive prices. However, the staff members are not trained to deal with customers. They not even greet the customers and the cashier's even don't have a welcoming body language. I have visited this store more frequently and majority of the time I had a very unpleasant experience. Cashier's don't even smile or greet you, rather they start judging you for the items you buy. Other superstore makes your shopping experience very pleasant and memorable no matter what you shop for. I am giving this 2 star rating only for the product range and the prices. Otherwise for the staff I would wish to give negative stars.

Overall the wife and I like the store , the staff could be friendlier . Our biggest complaint is that there are no shopping carts in the store entrance , I asked a staff member where they were he said that they keep them all outside so if I wanted one I had to go outside to get one , that’s terrible , we are in our seventies and expect the carts to be more accessible like other stores, what’s going to happen in the winter ?

I only have bad luck at this pharmacy since the store changed.. and I have been a customer there for many years so this is extra disappointing. They are rude and basically wont listen to me. Multiple times my order has not be filled correctly and then I am stuck there waiting for them to fix it. I will be moving elsewhere for future perscriptions.

I have only shopped here for groceries since this store opened. Always great prices and clean store. My grocery bill has gone down by $200-$250 a month since switching to freshco. Produce has gone down in quality a bit since opening but still ok. ( It is winter currently) Best pharmacy I've experienced in the city. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Prescriptions are always ready on time and they text to let you know they are ready for pick up, also auto refill is available. Not enough tills open during peak hours (only 1 or 2) but could be staffing issues with the pandemic. Overall I highly recommend this store.

Switched to the Sobeys pharmacy. Not a fan of how rude the people are who work there. Might be the same woman or more than one I don't know. Had no problems when it was Safeway.
