WITHOUT PREDJUDICE Due to wrong counts of meds, wrong meds given, and other issues my husband and I decided to transfer our prescriptions over to a new pharmacy. Now we are having real difficulties. One prescription , we were told was lost paperwork, then we were told it was locked in the safe, and finally we were told it went through the shredder. Is it possible they're just being a little contemptuous because we no longer want to do business with them? If you deal with Hogans on London Rd. in Sarnia, double check your meds, count them and make sure they are the right meds, and save all the receipts. We are so glad we switched, the medication my husband is on is very dangerous, I try to ensure he takes them responsibly, but I need to be ensured that the pharmacy is responsible as well.

The staff there are so rude !! One dont know what the other doing ! They cut you off when you are trying to explain..and blame it on you ! It's all good there are oither drugs store that will treat you right..this one dont!

I find the pharmacy technician women to be very pleasant to deal with. The pharmacist however, was quite rude to me and had no time to talk. He continued to cut me off and be dismissive while I was trying to understand how a prescription is written and why there was a change to how it is dispensed. A waste of a 40-minute drive to deal with a rude professional and I will look to deal with another company.

Good service, bend over backwards for us, and helped us when we had questions about our meds. Yes there are times our meds aren't ready on time all the time but we know people get busy and things come up. All in all we are very pleased with the service we receive here at Hogan's.

I call in my prescriptions hrs in advance. They are never ever ready. Plus my wife works there, and for month I was over charge for medication.
