AMAZING staff!! They're also very knowledgeable about medications. They will contact your Doctors office for you, so you don't have to concern yourself with waiting in line to speak with your Doctor/wait on the phone/or make an appointment to which you have to wait a month to get in ????‍♀️ They're friendly and when you request a medication renewal they typically do it in a timely manner! They also have delivery for those that cannot get to the pharmacy physically. Another cool feature is that now they can also text you when your medication is ready to be picked up!! Taking away going out to begin with!! ???????? ???? I'd recommend this pharmacy to my Family, Friends and just everyone in general!

Most staff are great so I hate to write a bad review however I have never been treated and spoken to in this way form anyone providing medical services of any sort. But today I had unexpected experience with a particular pharmacist named Tara? She was rude, nasty and disrespectful. She misinformes and hangs up on you when you call her on it. She then calls you you back to try to smooth things over, accuses you of hanging up on her and again is very disrespectful in her tone.. all over blood pressure pills...needless to say as much as I love the rest of the staff that work there I will be switching pharmacies after this encounter..absolutely terrible treatment from this woman.

Staff are each and everyone pleasant, knowledgeable and so fast and helpful i can't imagine going anywhere else to wait hrs or even days for a script. In past they have not only called my Dr. to ensure the change of meds was intended and even on a couple of instances gone personally on my behalf to thr Dr's office for clarification. It was a very happy day when i discovered "Blue Water pharmacy" on London road! Thank you for all the things you do for us.
