On me fait tout le temps payer le gros prix, ils ne sont pas capables de s'ajuster aux nouvelles ordonnances et lorsque j’apporte une nouvelle ordonnance on me demande ce qui a changé au lieu d'aller voir par eux-mêmes comme des professionnelles le feraient et ils apportent des changements à mes prescriptions parce que je leur dit mais ils ne lisent pas la prescription et n'apportent pas les changements écrits et ne conservent pas les prescriptions, ne sont pas capables de s'ajuster au changement. Je ne recommande pas cette pharmacie pour les médicaments

J'ai osé lui demander pourquoi elle devait discuter en anglais avec un fournisseur de cosmétiques qui était présent (pour moi il était évident que le représentant de commerce aurait dû s'adresser en français avec elle). Alors la elle m'a répondu très sur la défensive "c'est moi qui m'adresse à lui en anglais puisque je suis anglophone"... je lui mentionne qu'au Québec la langue de travail devrait être le français... Oh la la... elle m'a alors dit d'une façon arrogante, méprisante et condescendante qu'elle s'exprime comme elle veut, quand elle le veut et dans la langue qu'elle veut ... Stupéfaite de son attitude je lui ai répondu "have a Nice day" je ne pouvais croire ce que je venais d'entendre. Je suis tellement déçu de voir que dans cette belle équipe, une personne puisse s'adresser ainsi à une cliente.
