I have no complaints except for one... I wish I'd be notified 2 weeks in advance of running out of meds. I was at walmart for years and I was able to get every medication that was not a controlled substance up to 4 days before it was due. I do not take more than I'm supposed to so I do not have any problem with the fact that no matter what it is, you cannot get it for 30 days exactly.. some do have that issue but not me! I'd just like to be notified 2 weeks before I run out so I can go and get them all without ever running out or going to get my meds and that day be told I'm out of one or more things... Also, my doctor put me on blister packs under volentary basis... I signed with the pharmacy well over a year ago and it was fully understood I could go off of the blister backs whenever I wanted too and I signed to that literally, it was signed by me and the woman that I went off when I want and they say I'm not allowed without being "taken off of the blister packs" by a doctor. Part of me is seriously considering switching pharmacies to get off of them. The ladies that make the prescriptions are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel... special. Like you're wanted as a client! So do 95% of the actual doctors working there!

Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I have been clean and off drugs for more than 7 yrs and alot has to do with the help I recieve here. I wish people would judge less and see this place for what it really is, a place that is there to help you overcome addiction

I like it here because I've known the Doctor's for a longtime now, a lot of them work in London at clinic 528 Dundas. Which was nice when i moved from London to St.Thomas and realized that i was going to have the same Dr. I no longer go to this clinic but i wanted to reach out to Dr.Corrin and let him know that I'm still doing well and thank you!

This place has helped me move onto better things in my life and get away from all the negative things that were dragging me down for so long, the only downside is the stigma that comes with being seen as a patient there since alot of people have predetermined opinions of how everyone who goes there is and just sticks them all into the same old 'loser junkie addict' box which is sad but it's the sad truth about our society
