I called to get a price quote and they were VERY rude. Instead of saying "sorry we can't price quote over the phone" She started digging into my personal life and made fun of me for not knowing the area. She called me a liar when I couldn't tell her the school my fiance was starting a job at because this is all new to us and I haven't seen him in 3 weeks, and she said I just wanted to price check? What does that even mean? I'm from the United States and have never had an issue price checking my prescriptions. I don't understand why it's such a big deal. Very unprofessional and rude. Thanks for ruining my day Sobeys!

The store website stated that the pharmacy was open at 08:00 on Saturday but when I arrived at 09:00 an employee told me that it was not open until.10:00.

The Customer service in pharmacy is absolutely aweful if your dealing with certain individuals.. However, I will say the poeple on cash upfront of the store are really good.
