I never felt that I was bothering him, he took the necessary time to even give me tips to facilitate the procedure, which immediately put me at ease. 2- Two days later, I asked my partner to get me some syrup because I have been coughing for several days (negative covid test). He asked the pharmacist on duty what type of syrup used for the cough, she is in a hurry to consult my file and told her that I had to take my pumps first for asthma before taking a syrup (I have asthma on occasion) she could have simply advised him a syrup without breaking her head WITHOUT consulting my file client like that often happens ELSEWHERE. Thank you for the professional reception service and your attention. Wow! (Original) Je visite cette pharmacie depuis plusieurs années maintenant et je doit dire sans vouloir dénigré personne que la nouvelle administration MA ÉPATÉ a deux reprise cette semaine . 1- Dernièrement Jai du me procuré un produit par le pharmacien pour un examen a subir a l'hôpital et les consignes étaient assez détaillées et comportait plusieurs étapes afin de ne pas COMPROMETTTRE le résultat. Jai du appeler le pharmacien a deux reprise pendant le processus même si il m'avait extrêmement bien expliquer (avec le sourire et bcp de patience ) les consignes a suivre lors de l'ACHAT . Jai senti a aucun moment que je le dérangeait il a pris le temps nécessaire m'a même donner des trucs afin de facilité la procédure , ce qui ma immédiatement mis en confiance . 2- Deux jours plus tard , Jai demander a mon conjoint d'aller me chercher du sirop car je tousse bcp depuis plusieurs jours ( test covid negatif ) .Il a demander a la pharmacienne en poste quel type de sirop utilisé pour la toux elle c'est empressé d'aller consulter mon dossier et lui a dit que je devait prendre avant tout mes pompes pour l'asthme avant de prendre un sirop ( je fait de asthme a l'occasion ) elle aurait pu simplement lui conseiller un sirop sans se cassé la tête SANS consulter ma fiche client comme ca arrive souvent AILLEURS . Merci du service professionnel de l'accueil et de votre attention. Waouww !
