50% of the time they're out of stock on the item I need. Besides this, the staff seem nice and the pharmacist was helpful the one time I needed him. The issue is, I keep having to go to the second place to get what I need because they keep running out of stock.

OK, so this place is located downtown and has a huge parking lot, free parking, and well lighted at night. It is open till 10pm???? I think it is better than Shoppers Drug Mart. There is a bus stop right out front. Very convenient for it's name category.

Rochelle was polite and professional to all(no matter if you’re an out of towner). The store is well stocked with snack, treats, glamour items and all your medical needs. The store is constantly kept clean with the high traffic bringing the muddy salty snow in and out. Superb quick shop experience. They’re open until midnight. Such a plus. I highly recommend this spot for all your needs!

I get my prescriptions filled here fairly regularly. The pharmacy staff are efficient and mostly kind, good and bad days warranted. I am never left waiting on hold for very long and when I have questions about my medication, they give me straight answers. The retail selection is okay, but nothing to rave over. Overall, a satisfactory place.

This is a bright, modern store with a full selection of grocery and snack items along with a pharmacy and cosmetic section. It is open on all holidays because it has a small footprint and falls beneath the mandatory holiday closing laws. Normally it is open seven days. It offers air miles on all purchases and has great air miles promotions along with weekend specials. Once per week it has a senior's day with added discounts on all regular priced items in the store. You can purchase lottery, newspapers, magazines and pocket novels here. Always fast friendly service and has a delivery service available.

I must say this pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced ???? I have been trying to fill a script for quite some time today..always on hold..transferred.. lost call..call again ..on hold again....waited a while hung up..called again a few hours later ..put on hold instantly ..I'm done with this store I have given them many chances through the years..its just getting worse...I would not recommend this place at all..there are far too many pharmacies out there to have to deal with this ????????

Just called requesting a medication that was prescribed at the clinic for my grandma. I got the pharmacy, & the man who answered the phone said he wasn’t sure if they had the medication, but call back in two hours so he can check?!?! If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The pharmacist in this store is not a medical professional. She bases her dispensing on her personal and religious beliefs. So if you are here wanting sound medical advise, I would look elsewhere. The rest of the store is OK, like every other Rexall in town.

On the 30th and 31st of July I was accosted by someone who works at Rexall named Zoia, she repeatedly very obviously and closely followed me all around the store constantly asking me if I needed help with anything. I politely said no and went on my way in the store she continued to follow me Both days I was there to pick up perscriptions.second day she came right up to me once again and asked if I needed help with anything when she clearly didn't seem interested in asking other people in the store the same thing and monitoring them as closely as she did me. It is my local pharmacy where I pick up my prescriptions often and I have never had a problem with any of the employees in that pharmacy until a woman who works there named Zoia kept harassing me and distracting me from doing my shopping as if I was going to shop lift. The 2nd day of her immediately harassing me the next day I told her to back off and that she did this to me yesterday and I didn't appreciate it. she didn't respond she just stared at me and she definitely did not leave you alone she followed me at least five times around the store from one side of it to the other to the point where I ended up just putting my items that I was going to purchase on a shelf in walking out. it was very upsetting to me because I can only get those certain items for the price that I wanted as well as the availability at that pharmacy but I was so distressed by followed and stared at so closely and when I told her to leave me alone she refused and would not even speak to me like a normal human being. I am very upsetting as I have been going to to that pharmacy for 4 years and never had a problem before. I have to go to this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions as well as shop for things as it's the most convenient place and now I feel as though I'm being unfairly targeted. I will be also filing a formal complaint with head office as I NEED to go to that store and deserve to not have someone stalk me around the store causing me anxiety and distress.

This drugstore has the most unprofessional pharmacist ever. I had to return medication that was not working in exchange for medication that hopefully would work for post operative pain. He insisted that I return home and get the medication that didn't work before he would release the new medication. He refused to explain why and became very dismissive when I asked questions. His whole attitude was rude an dunprofessional. I have made a formal complaint to the company and to the College of Pharmacists.

Have shopped here multiple times a month for about six years. Hit or miss with customer service but today was the worst it’s been. Tried to buy a prepaid gift card, like I have multiple times in the past, and got asked for my ID. So I show it and then was denied? So apparently can’t buy gift cards there anymore. This pharmacy is complete garbage. If you drop your prescription slip off and they tell you half an hour wait, expect triple that. Also expect for no one to know who you are or where your items are(even after saying and spelling your name numerous times). I'm a regular customer of his pharmacy and I would strongly advise everyone and anyone to stay FAR from here if you want to save yourself a headache.

We have been going to this pharmacy for about 17 ish years now. We pretty much always get what we need when we go there. I can't think of a time that we've ever had to ask for a raincheck . The staff there have always been helpful and polite, no complaints there. There was an inconvenient insurance hiccup that we encountered about 2 or 3 years ago, but the problem hasn't come back once it was identified and corrected, so its been good ever since.

I always seem to have issues with the pharmacy when I come to this location. My doctor had faxed in 2 separate prescriptions for me to pick up. When I arrived I went to the drop off counter because I knew they were busy, to make sure they were aware of the 2 separate prescriptions. The girl was too busy chatting with her “best work buddy” to pay attention. Had to give her my name 3 times before she actually listened to what I was saying. She told me it should be ready in about 30 min so I wandered around the store and waited. No problem, grabbed my prescription when it was ready. Get home and find out 2 of my medications were missing. The ones from the second faxed prescription. When I called back to ask when they would be ready for me to pick up it was the same girl on the phone. She mentioned she remembered me and it was my fault for not telling her there were 2 different faxes. ????‍♀️ When I came back the next day, I was shrugged off. I was quite calm and I do understand that they are extremely busy with the walk in right next door, but come on! I’ll go to another pharmacy from now on.

Im SO tired of going to the rexall on Fridays to catch the weekend sale, only to get there and it's all gone. I'm talking ensure, Why put something on sale and NEVER order enough to even last a couple of hours there is TONS of other flavors, but never butter pecan. Seems petty to some, but when u need it and you hate the other flavors what is a person to do?.. I get my scripts somewhere else, I did go to King St. For my covid vaccine though. I'd give the pharmacy 2 stars because they just ignored me standing at the counter for 10 min..not so much as an hello..Nobody reads this anyway, at least not anyone that will actually do something about it..Store staff! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way!

It's conveniently located next to a doctor's office but that barely makes up for the lackluster service at the pharmacy. The store itself is pretty organized. I've always been able to find what I need. Be prepared to wait to cash out; usually only one cashier and they rarely, if ever, call for backup.

Absolutely mortified after my experience in this store today. My boyfriend had just gotten a prescription from walk in clinic next door.. Because it's right there we went to the Pharmacy in Rexall. The pharmacist we dealt with was great - very polite and nice. She said the medication would take about 20 min so we hung around the store. I was looking at the make up area to kill time as my boyfriend who was in a lot of pain waited by the pharmacy on the chairs provided. The prescription took about 10 minutes to fill and then as we were walking out there was a employee who stared us down so we acknowledged her and continued on through the medical clinic (as our car was parked right in front of the doors of the medical clinic). As I was getting into the vehicle my boyfriend mentioned there was that lady who "greeted" us was standing there mouthing something. Then we saw patients of the walk in clinic turn their attention to us as the lady was pointing and saying something and then continued to write something down (assuming Licence Plate number). My boyfriend then went back into the store to confront the lady and she said she did not do any of that and wouldn't explain herself. Needless to say I am absolutely mortified. I have never felt so embarrassed. This woman made us feel like criminals when really we were just supporting her place of work. I will never step foot back into this joke of an establishment again. If you got a problem confront me don't humiliate my boyfriend and myself in the way that you did.

Great staff, helpful knowledgable, and cashiers could be faster, but they mainly are bunch of old women, so I'm guessing they're trying to keep a roof on top of their heads, so I advise you to avoid rush hours... But the rest of staff have to put up with all the shoplifters I have seen them multiple times as I'm a regular customer, and crazy Dundas square junkies. I see the staff sometimes rustling and arguing with those shoplifters to get back what stolen. Company should invest in 2 dollar security guards to scare the shoplifter junkies and drug addicts and the rest of shoplifters.The rest of us normal people, who don't steal have to pay extra for those petty thieves, which I think the reason why these drug stores are expensive. Instead of investing in 40k a year rather make the consumer pay 40k and put the staff at risk.

Worst pharmacy to deal with in Woodstock. I feel so bad for my one friend who is in a lot of pain and on certain medications. They don’t have his medication so what they said they would do for him is give him something totally different and that’s 75% less strong as the ones he is prescribed for. Now I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for them to even switch someone’s prescription without talking to the doctor or having a new prescription from the doctor. Seems to me like they act like street dealers when they are really suppose to be one of the best pharmacies out there. I told my friend to switch places. Go find someplace that best fits your needs and cares about you as a person and will do things by the book.

We’ve been with this pharmacy since June and every time we fill a prescription there are issues. Every single time without fail. Missing pills, lost prescriptions, failing to notify when refills are needed, automatically filling prescriptions faxed by a doctor without checking to see if we want them filled at that time, and just overall poor communication. Even as far as telling us that we had in-fact picked up prescriptions that we hadn’t even called to refill, actually had me second guessing myself and felt like I might be loosing my mind. Overall dealing with this pharmacy has been such a headache and a stress that our family doesn’t need. Your pharmacist is an integral part of your healthcare team and unfortunately this one has left me feeling stressed and anxious. When I asked them why we seem to have an issue every time we need to get refills their response was that they have a lot of patients..... Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

Since switching to Rexall we've had non stop problems. They forget to fill prescriptions even after repeated phone calls and speaking to the pharmacy. When picking up prescriptions they don't have enough supply so I have to make multiple trips there. Myself and my children have gone weeks without meds (needed to be taken daily) because they "didn't come in". When we've complained about the ignorant blonde that works in the pharmacy that has gone to the extreme and called us names for asking to speak to the pharmacist because of new medications that my kids are on, we were told she's sleeping with the head pharmacist so she can treat customers how ever she wants. I'm not leaving my family's health in the hands of people who show you that you're an inconvenience even though it's their job to fill prescriptions and council for new ones. Since we've switched pharmacies we haven't had any issues with Metro. Customers are not an inconvenience. Prescriptions are literally your job.

Their sign says guaranteed 15 minutes prescriptions but that's a complete lie. I dropped off my prescription at roughly 1:45pm they said their wait time is approximately 35 minutes I tell them ok I'll pick it up later after work, which is 5pm. I called in at 3pm because I noticed they do close early (7pm) and had asked them to start on my prescription earlier. The pharmacist said sure it'll be ready in 30 MINUTES. I come after 30 minutes has passed just for them to tell me it's going to take another 15 minutes. At this point I am getting a bit angry and commented on how they said 30 minutes but it has passed the 30 minute mark. Their only comment was "we're busy today" I asked if I could pay for my prescription at that time as I also had another thing to ring up as well. The pharmacist refused to ring up my prescription and stated "your order isn't ready" .. I told I understood that it was not ready but why could I not pay for it beforehand? Either way didn't get to pay for it. Came back after another 15 minutes just to stand around and wait another 15 minutes.. my prescription was ready 45 minutes after given time. Very upset would not come back to this location!!!

Very enjoyable shopping at the Dundas store. Springbank store is very small and doesn’t vary as much variety. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacists are ready to answer any and all questions/concerns. Appreciate the convenience of the drive through pharmacy. You should advertise delivery service is available on this site. I was not aware that delivery was an option or an available service option.

Best Pharmacy in all of London! Staff are helpful and friendly, and they are open on holidays! Nice deals on some sale items too, kleenex's, TP, and diet pop, u know the essentials. My only complaint is the isles are often too crowded with display baskets making it barely wide enough for one person to walk down the isles. I never buy from these baskets especially because they are a hazard and should be removed.

The pharmacy put someone else's medication on my mothers medication list and it caused issues at the hospital making her go through unnecessary procedures while terminally ill. The pharmacy took no responsibility once they realized the mistake; pond it off on a phramaist that might not even of done it. Multiple occasions the phramaist have snapped or have been rude with customers merely asking questions about their medication, you can't call the pharmacist at certain times because he'll just hang up on you. The store is always understocked and the employees are pretty consistently awful at their job. A few things isle floors have been completely covered in full/empty boxes with no one around. How are the standards so awful?

The pharmacy experience was extremely bad. Here's one example of many: I received notifications that my prescriptions were ready, but when I went the next day to pick them up, they start working on it and tell me it could be an hour. They have no queuing system and don't bother to ask who is next in line, thus forcing you to stand as close as possible to the person in front, listening to how frequently they need to apply their new ointments.

Cashier made a mistake and charged me twice on one of the items. After receiving the receipt I discovered the mistake while still in front of her. This is one of the smaller locations. I come here for 90% of my prescriptions which typically take 10-20 mins to fill (one time it took 5 mins and another time it took 30 mins). They have all the same items as other locations but in smaller quantities. I typically buy from Shoppers but occasionally Rexall has better deals. You can collect AirMiles here.

I had to switch pharmacies. I have never been more pleased with a pharmacy. Started over the phone, i needed a knee brace, they are over the top in accomodating my every need. David was kind pleasant understanding knowledgable and patient. Abby was pleasant, professional and curtious. They sell stamps ????. The drygoods they stock are aporooriate. While there I registered for a Moderna vaccination and am now on the call list. They were very helpful over the phone with my requests about delivery. We usually give nothing less than 3 stars unless our experience was abhorrent. While vacationing, our home pharmacy arranged for transfer of medications to this pharmacy in time for our ferry arrival however, instead of calling us to save us time or collect information explaining rationale for not filling our meds, the pharmacist decided to wait until we showed up first, only to tell us that she could not fill the prescription because it was 12 hrs early when our home pharmacy said ànyone would understand. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Big mistake dealing with Rexall, another pharmacy was happy to fill it, understanding completely that while traveling, providing some grace is required to help clients out. We were discriminated against based on the location and the population our home pharmacy serves. This pharmacist is not client-centered, lacks empathy, and was judgmentmental and unethical. Support small business and say no to big box non Canadian stores! Poor quality medications, service, and extreemly poor safety standards of practice.

The worst experience trying to fulfil my fiancé’s prescription. The male pharmacist called him a liar and argued with him about his prescription even when confronted with the prescription bottle. Claimed to not have spoken with my fiancé in “months,” when he was in last week trying again to resolve the issue. Male pharmacist cared more about how my fiancé was “making them look bad,” than actually trying to fix the issue that’s been ongoing for a month. Tried pushing the name brand stuff that would cost upwards of $500 instead of the stuff my fiancé usually gets. Clearly they don’t care about their customers and are only interested in making money. Horrible. Takes at least a day and a half for them to check the fax machine for refill requests. You shouldn’t have to chase after the pharmacy to get your medication. Today was icing on the cake tho. Made a refill request on Friday at 12. Got a text today at 3 that my script was ready for pick up and they closed the store 2 hours early, kicker? My doctor doesn’t work Saturdays so that fax definitely sat there all day. When you can’t pick up your script at 415 on a Saturday there’s a problem. Definitely switching pharmacies.

I purchased an over-the-counter (OTC) drug, called Extrastrength Tylenol Nighttime from the Rexall pharmacy located at 595 Bay Street, Toronto, ON on January 24, 2015. It turns out that the drug had an expiration date of 7/2014. As the pharmacy SHOULD know, once the expiration date has passed there is no assurance that the drug has the safety, identity, strength, quality and purity characteristics it purports or represents to possess. As such, Health Canada considers the sale of expired drugs to be the sale of unlicensed drugs. According to the Drug and Pharmacies Regulation Act: ONTARIO REGULATION 58/11 s. 24 (6), "The pharmacy MUST have and maintain a program to ensure, the safe and appropriate disposal of waste and expired consumables, including drugs and other medications". Failing to remove a drug or natural health product from pharmacy stock beyond its expiry date is considered an Act of proprietary misconduct [O. Reg. 58/11, s. 50(8)]. Not only is this pharmacy in violation to the regulation, it is also putting consumers at risk: the website, askyourpharmacist.ca, hosted by a team of Ontario pharmacists, says that in some cases, a drug’s composition could change over time, making it potentially hazardous. Due to the gravity of this incident I am posting a review on Google so that consumers can exercise caution and check the expiration dates before buying from Rexall because sadly some of their retailers are not conscientious and responsible as they should be.

Don't put your health at risk and avoid this location! To be frank this one star rating isn't true but Google requires you to give a place at least a star before you can post a review! Customer service at this location has seriously gone downhill. Recently it has become non-existent with orders not being filled on time, drugs not being in stock, staff not welcoming customers or even acknowledging when a customer is present, no one is in charge or has the ability to give proper information or make decisions. It took a week just for someone to fax a refill order to a doctor and I personally called the doctor's office to get it done. My wife and I spend well over $5,000 annually at this location alone, never mind with other Rexalls, but no longer ... we have had it and are moving our business elsewhere and they don't care! Worse is we are not alone as we often stand waiting in the store for service we hear other customers complaints and those complaints are even worse including wrong meds given out or someone's narcotics order given to the wrong person and the customer then required to get a new prescription from their doctor. Best thing is to close the store and start over.

My wife and I have used this pharmacy on many occasions over the years. Our last experience wasn't exactly ideal so when I got home, I decided to read their reviews. A common reply from this business is that they had wished the unsatisfied reviewer would have first contacted the Rexall customer service toll free number before leaving a negative review. This seemed fair to me and so rather than write a poor review, I called the customer service number. As a result, I received an immediate response from Bashir, the district manager, and another subsequent follow-up from Ana, the pharmacy manager. Without going into great detail, I just want to say how impressed my wife and I are with their empathy, understanding and follow-up. Mistakes can happen to anyone and everyone has an off day now and then. Thank you to Rexall management for listening and taking appropriate action to ensure that our experience is not repeated. Much to my demise the staff working there are incredibly rude, one lady in the pharmacy in particular. I called asking for a refill on my prescription, the staff argued about it but essentially ended up refilling it. I called for the pick up and to confirm it was ready to be very rudely told "I told you before you don't have a prescription here GO TO SHOPPERS" I had the fax confirmation from my doctor that the prescription was sent to this specific store, so I walked over (I live next door) and guess what!!?? MY PRESCRIPTION WAS FILLED AND THERE! Not at shoppers like I was so rudely told on the phone by the miserable lady working there. My husband and I put our names down on the waiting list for a Pfizer booster shot on the 3rd of November. We are both over 50 and have underlying health issues, and thought that by adding our names early we would be close to the top of the list. It is now a few days before the holidays and we have been bypassed and never contacted. I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on but was told that there were hundreds of people on the waiting list and there was nothing available. I don't think the pharmacist quite got the idea that we had waited so long, only to be let down. We have now placed our names on another city waiting list and won't be able to get a vaccine booster until January unless a pop-up clinic arises in our neighbourhood. Do not go to this pharmacy!!! Way too many errors!! I had picked up medications for my husband last month after his heart attack. He went from 0 medication to over 5 because of this. When I picked up the medications, the lady said she was just "filling in" and did not give me any medication information in paper or verbally and I asked her if she had all the medications and she said yes. She then charged me over $10 which I thought was strange as we both have very good insurance plans. Then she offered to refund it back to me (probably knowing she made a mistake). The only info she gave me was about the nitrous spray -on how to use it and when-which was incorrect information. Fast forward 1 month.. my husband gets his bloodwork done and the cardiologist calls as it his cholesterol is "dangerously" high. When going through all the medications, we realize together that he has not been given the cholesterol reducing medication, which was prescribed and noted on the hospital discharge forms. When I call about this, I am placed on hold over 15 minutes then finally an apology to say "sorry we forgot to give you that medication". Then when I realize they had the wrong phone number on file (after giving them the correct phone number last month), I decide to take my business elsewhere as I realize the incompetence of this pharmacy and staff. They should not have someone who is "filling in" giving our medical information (clearly she did not know anything) and the pharmacy himself also forgot one of his very important medications. I know we should have noticed this mistake as well, but when its all new to us, we trust that we are given the medications we asked for!! Unbelieveable and inexcusable!!!

Aside from the short hours, I have no problem with this place. I live within a 3-minute walk of the Shoppers Drug Mart down from this store but will often go to extra distance to get to Pharma Plus instead due to better selection and store layout. Shoppers is more convenient and some ways though, as they open an hour earlier during the week in two hours earlier on the weekends. They also stay open quite a bit later (10 PM every night vs 9PM during the week and 6PM on weekends). I'm actually sitting here waiting for them to open right now as even though they are open,I know Shoppers does not have what I want yet Pharma Plus won't be open for another half an hour

Since Lou left, the customer service at the pharmacy has been absolutely dreadful. Many times, I've dropped off a prescription in the morning and returned in the evening to pick it up, only to find that the pharmacist hadn't done anything to fill it. Even then, I often have to wait over half an hour while the pharmacist has personal conversations with acquaintances instead of filling the prescription I was told would be ready when I arrived. I have taken my business to Pharmasave at Carriage Crossing, and I am MUCH happier there.

I like this place and the staff and what is offered. They've always been nice and helpful. However this is my main pharmacy and I pick up prescriptions quite often. It's really annoying and disheartening to have to constantly remind the staff of a name other than a legal one that appears in a patient's file (in brackets or in lowercase letters). It's there for a reason and it appears on the file, the prescription, and on the medication bottle itself. Not everyone goes by their legal name and the option to have another name appear next to it exists because of this. Canada has a very diverse population and I understand deadnaming or misgendering accidentally coming from other staff in the store. But as a pharmacy and healthcare professionals this should not be happening. There needs to be more education and training around this issue not just at this location but at every place that deals with healthcare stuff (Rexall and others). I'm definitely not the only one who feels this way and I know others in this neighbourhood who also voiced this as a concern.

I would not recommend this place. Pretty bad customer service. A week ago I happen to be in the area visiting grandma. I went to buy chocolates for my Christmas stocking and they have a bin with mark down items. I purchased a couple of natural remedies for grandma from the bin. Unforutanley, she could not have them due to allergies. Next day I went back with the two items to ask for a refund or exchange, or credit. The manager told me that anything in the discount bin was non-refundable. which I was not aware. She also took a long look at my bill and made a comment, that I had only bought sales items! and nothing at a regular price. I don't know what she was getting at. The chocolates were .50 cent off not a big bargain for her unnecessary negative comment. I am a Shopper's person I am used to great customer service.

I have been to this location serveral times to pick prescriptions for my parents and each time has been the same. Standing and waiting while staff go about their business without even "someone will be with in a moment". Most people would not mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but to ignore customers is poor customer service. It is the basics of customer service. When they do acknowledge your existence, they make you feel like it is an inconvenience. Not sure if the issue is under staffing or no one is assigned specifically to handle pick-ups. Whatever the reason is, if my parents did not have their prescriptions with branch, I would not have anything to do with the pharmacy. I am disappointed with the service.

Phone lines allow ONE call at a time for the whole store! Filling a prescreiption on the phone with the automated service is always a hassle here and I have brought this up to staff on numerous occasions yet they've done nothing. I have called upwards of 15 times in a day with the phone line being busy. Absolutely unacceptable for a pharmacy at any time let alone during a pandemic.

I have never had an issue with any pharmacy regarding misplaced medication. It was always resolved on the end of the pharmacist and the insurance company. I also have never left a bad review in my life. Just not my style. But people should know that this pharmacy does not want to go out of their way to deal with the details of payment it seems. That is the sense I get given the attitude of the pharmacist who was unwilling to help the second she heard "misplaced." I received the medication from Shoppers with no problem. I had an appointment to do my flu shot at this place, I booked my appointment a month ahead. They kept sending reminders to me, not to forget about my appointment time. I had to take time off from work to do the shot. While I was heading to the pharmacy (one hour before the appointment time), they sent me an email saying my appointment is cancelled because they don't have any vaccines available!!!! I called them and they said they had a few private vaccines for $25 earlier today, and that is also finished! No more vaccines available, asked me to call back in a month to see if they have any vaccines available! This is not acceptable!

Guy in front of me called in a prescription yesterday and it wasn't ready! I was told to come back in a hour for a 5 pill prescription for a common cold. Worst pharmacy experience in years. I drive a cab. The hospital was paying for a less fortunate fellow to get home. He had a cast on his leg no cane, crutches, or walker. His scripts were faxed in two hours before our arrival. We got in the drive thru and they said their fax machine didn't work well and nothing was ready. I told them the hospital was paying for the cab and I would appreciate it if they could expedite the prescriptions. There were several. They said sorry no. Told the man to go wait in the store (unable to walk) and get a ride later(no ride later). Then proceeded to make us wait in the drive thru over 30 min and only filled one prescription out of several. Thank you Rexall for wasting Sault Area Hospitals precious resources and giving zero compassion. Costing SAH over 65.00. Pathetic!

She was rude regarding vaccine questions and sarcastic making one feel highly insulted. Pains me to put this review but it’s almost a drag to deal with them on a regular basis. I can call a day ahead, a week ahead, and it will not matter because my prescriptions are never ready on time. This time they filled the wrong prescription, which the suppose-to-be proper one was called in to confirm 9 HOURS prior to actual pick up (and faxed over by doctor the day before!!) and not even ready when i showed up. I have given up and will be directing my doctor to switch me to a pharmacy out of town just to get proper service. It’s unfortunate because some of the women behind the counter are actually really nice ladies. But the service is atrocious and i’d rather take the time to drive to a reliable pharmacy than go through this any more.

This location is in shambles. It's front doors do not work properly making it nearly impossible for handicap individuals to enter the building. The store is dirty and the phone systems do not work. After attempting to call for over 30 mins to all departments including retail, pharmacy and the healthcare section , no one answered the phone. I purchased a medical belt here and the stitching broke within 2 weeks of regular use. I would not suggest going to this location for any reason at all. It's a disgusting store.

Called in advance to see if the pharmacy had my medication in stock. Immediately got a yes reply. When I asked if the pharmacist was sure she again relied yes, taking no time to check if they had it in stock. Of course, when I arrived they were out. This lack of concern is quite frankly alarming Update: after two additional days of the pharmacy being unable to figure out my prescription, I called asking if they finally had it sorted out as my doctors office had called me. Apparently they did, but they still hadn't bothered to dispense it. I was told 15 minutes on the phone. Arriving 40 minutes later, they hadn't even begun to fill it out. Needless to say I'll never patronize another rexall again.

I went to buy some cold relief medication. There was no one at the front cash so I went to the back. Only one customer in front of me and she had at least fifty lottery tickets she was redeeming. No one bothered to call for another cashier so I just plunked the cold medicine on the counter and left. I'm never going to that store again. Horrible customer service.

I don't like that they are always trying to call me up to the tiny counter to serve me when there is another customer already there. (postal counter) There is only about 2 feet of space between people when there are two people up there...the whole counter is not any more than 6 feet I wouldn't say. It really seems to go against the whole social distancing thing and to have their system set up to encourage the close contact just seems really unsafe. Also not a big fan of them changing the hours of the post office...certainly not without changing it online. As a federal government institution I expect them to operate as such but that is a stretch I know. If they can't change the hours online for when the post office is open because they don't have access to the page to change the information, I think that just bolsters my point. I will be going to Shoppers at Adelaide and Southdale from now on for all my drugstore and shipping needs. I ship at least ten things a week and buy all my overpriced wares while I out to save trips and minimize exposure. Really, really done with Rexall, total waste of time leaving the house today to go there and I don't think the three other people that were attempting to go in the same time I was were any more impressed than I am.

Clean store and the cashiers and staff are always friendly in the store part. I also appreciate the fact that they're open quite late. However, all of the products are extremely overpriced. You can buy most of their products at other stores for significantly cheaper. The pharmacy department needs some work. They often do not have prescriptions filled on time even if you order a day or two ahead. I've had them give family wrong prescriptions. Whenever you walk up to the pharmacy counter the employees will just keep doing whatever they were doing and ignore you for a good 2-3 minutes before coming over to help. It's almost as if they can't be bothered to interrupt what they're doing to help a customer and are all hoping someone else will get up and do it, which is pretty bad customer service in my opinion.

They do not have automated refill service over the phone. Called to ask, was transferred to the pharmacist when asking about automated phone refill service, waited more than 3 minutes and I hung up. Automated refill service is available at Shopper's Drug Mart and I am usually finished refilling our permanent prescriptions in less than 1 minute. I will stay with Shopper's until they have this service made available to the public at Rexall. I am very disappointed.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I believe in second chances. I really do. This is the closest and most convenient place for me to get prescriptions, but as of today I'm going to switch.. Without exaggeration they have now over 10 times have not had my order ready. When I call hours or even days ahead and am told it will be ready I expect it to be. However after all these disappointments they have lost my business permanently. As well it's been a constant that when I go in it happens to others as well. I won't say they are not apologetic, they are. Yet again unfortunately even when people are nice about a mistake it no longer matters when the mistake is the new norm. I truly hope that the problems that exist within the pharmacy do get solved. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants their prescriptions on time. It's disheartening that I felt compelled to write this. But complaints to staff have gone unheard. The time for their excuses are up and have been for quite some time. Rectify the issues within your business please. You are in direct relation to peoples health.

Trenton, Ontario post office location is a joke Why does a town this small need a post office .3 km away for the actual post office? When you go to get your packages you get told theyre too busy to do there jobs so come back later. Theyre rude and lazy. I asked for my package which I knew was there 2 mins later after fighting for them to find it...guess what they had It...so why do i have to fight for my package on time...wait on time no 2 days late. As for staff, when I did get service previously, staffer wasnt adequately trained, couldn't do my money order. Do not come here for any prescriptions, they are never on time always hours late or recommend you come back an other day. I understand it takes some time to prepare the prescription but if it was faxed in the morning around 10:00 by the Dr there is no reason that the prescription should still be sitting in the fax tray at 15:00 and to get told I should come back later for it. Went to this Rexall, they gave me a generic brand OTC, and it was covered by NIHB. They just checked my info and handed it over. Place is closed Saturday and Sunday, pharmacists have refused to fill legal prescriptions because, " they feel that your Dr. Is prescribing too high of a dose of pain medication". They have no idea what a patient's pain management needs are, but they just flat out refused to fill some narcotic pain medicine prescriptions. I will say however, that they are not the only pharmacy that do this. There needs to be a streamlined complaint process with the governing board for pharmacists. They overrule licensed, practicing, specialists like my Neurologist of 23 years, who also teaches at the University of Toronto Medical School. Ludicrous.

I purchased toilet paper for 6.oo and some cents at Trenton Pharmasave and did not check the debit amount as I trust everyone. The girl on front cash charged me 63.27 and since I did not keep my receipt there is nothing I can do about it. Watch your debit cards and the machine on the front cash everyone because thi is not the first time it has happened in this store. I will be contacting head office about this unless someone contacts me and straightens this out. I know it is partially my fault for not checking but I guess I tend to trust everyone too much. Worst pharmacy ever. The floor staff is amazing but the pharmacy is a mess. They never answer the phone, they take hours to fill the simplest prescriptions & had the audacity to charge me tax on a prescription a few months back. Transferring my whole family out as soon as possible.

Each time I have visited this location I have had positive experiences. The manager here is very professional and helpful, the staff are polite, my only complaint is the line ups, if you see customers lining up please dont place a cashier closed sign and walk away, your store can easily lose customers this way.

Very limited selection. I don’t think they follow the sales in the flyer. I was drawn to this store for an Airmiles promotion but I couldn’t justify the over inflated prices. Ended up leaving without buying anything. This store needs a major facelift.

Great Staff! I went into the store to get a few things for my mother and spoke to the girls in home health first. They were very helpful and were able to give me some great products and suggestions. I needed a heating pad and the lady at the front counter was great, she showed me were they were and told me the differences between them all. This was my first time in this store and I will be back!!

So disappointed. The girl behind the counter was very rude and acted as if I was a nuisance for bothering her. I won't be shopping there anymore. The store on Fitch Street was completely different. Very pleasant and helpful. Too bad !!!

It's a nice little neighbourhood drug store. Decent selection of "grocery" products (nice when the real grocery store is closed or you quickly need only 1-2 items). Great pharmacy products selection. Only evident problem: the prescription counter is UNDERSTAFFED. They are always behind (long list of pending orders and mismanaged), and they look/sound/act overwhelmed. Come on: just hire 1-2 pharmacy technician already, I am convinced you are losing business, it would pay for itself in a hearthbeat. In addition, the area keeps growing, so yes, you need to grow too.

Very poor customer service. I would rate this Rexall zero stars, if I could! I had to go find a cashier myself, after waiting in line for a cashier to show up. Also be sure to pay attention to cashiers while they are scanning your items, because prices come up wrong .

The cashier and salesperson for the home health centre were fantastic. My husband and I came in on a Saturday to get a rollator walker for my mother after getting a faulty walker from Hauser's pharmacy which was returned. Despite the home health area being closed, they went out of their way to ensure that we could order a walker which was delivered to my mother's home in less than 24 hours. The cost for a much better walker was also much less than the outdated and malfunctioning walker provided to us by Hauser's. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

If I could remove this one star I would! I found the pharmacist to be extremely condescending. He even went as far as to question why I (a lab technologist, testing COVID swabs) had already received a COVID vaccination. The previous experience I had here with another pharmacist was wonderful. However, the feeling I had leaving the store today after the interaction with this man ensures I will not return!

Rexall where no one knows what a phone is or how to pick one up. tried calling for over 2 hours, on top of letting the phone ring 10 minutes at a time, starting at around 9:30 to 11:30 am.

I really like the store . But being ignored by the clerk while she's talking to her friend about Mexico and why they don't sell flavored lays chips is ridiculous. I don't mind waiting in an empty line up but iam not gonna wait for ever. I won't be back .
