I would have given this store a 4 star or higher but I was in there the other day and the women that was stocking shelves would come and fix things everytime my 11 year old son would touch something. I would understand if he was dropping things or putting them in the wrong place and she wanted to fix it but he wasn't doing any of that. The worst Jean Coutu out there. Never had so many problems in my life. The pharmacist doesn’t care about helping anyone, especially when it’s their own mistakes. Been a client there for years they still never have my prescription in stock - one that I take every single month on the dot which cannot be missed. They mess up my hormones sending me into the hospital on Christmas. Run me up a bill by never having generics or sending me to other Jean coutu’s (by taxi since I don’t have a car) who ALSO DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. Avoid at all costs I’m 26 years old and been on meds my whole life. Never in my entire life had problems with any other pharmacy. This specific Jean Coutu is complete trash.

This Jean Coutu offers vaccinations against the flu virus (as many similar pharmacies do) and the only time a cost for the service is described is in a confirmation email that states it is $15 per person. I have attached the email. After we we visited the location to get the shot, the price per person had jumped to $37.26, PLUS $15 which only represents the cost of performing the injection. In my opinion it is VERY misleading to walk in expecting to pay $15 per person (the only amount that is presented anywhere for this service) and then being charged $52.26 (including taxes) per person.
