Amazing grocery store. They have so many hard to find foods and reasonably low prices! In the meat section you’ll find buffalo and elk - whoa. Some of their products I’ve only been able to find in the states so far! Highly recommended.

Beyond helpful service. They will order what you’re looking for. Small town hospitality and excellent cashier service. Clean. Neat. High end. A smidge costly but when you factor in the transport cost of bringing in fresh produce to such remote mountain location, you’re simply grateful they’re there for you, so helpful and so professional. Their operating hours are awesome too! They can take all my money!

Pretty amazing grocery store for a town the size of Rossland. Prices are quite comparable to larger markets. The fruit, vegetables, meats and fish are always fresh. The service from the fish monger to deli counter is always quick and friendly. The cheese selection is great too.

It’s very disappointing from Ferraro food Rossland staff. I am essential worker or you can say front line worker. I am business owner too. It’s been 7 years I am shopping from Ferraro food Rossland store. Today morning around 8:45 I visited because I need band aid for my little brother he cut his finger but when we requested one lady working on first counter can we go and get band aid she rudely said “NO”. I understand it’s time for senior people 8-10 am but I am working from 9 am to 6 pm. Can she be that rude to anyone else. I know manager and owner of Ferraro food they are coming to our business as well. We are very polite with everyone in town. We knows rules and we can read on board It’s for senior people time but when it’s necessary she can ask manager and do little favour for humanity. Thank you hopefully you guys can resolve it I don’t want it repeat with any other regular customer

Very nice grocery store. Has most things you'd expect from a grocery store. There is another one in Trail with a bigger deli as well. They are owned by an Italian family so you can find some Italian ingredients as well.

Just stopped by Ferraro Foods @8:41am, store looks empty, as I walk through the door an employee tells me that it's seniors shopping only until 9am. What a nice gesture. Unfortunately because of this I won't be shopping at Ferraro foods again.

Stopped in to get some deli sandwiches on a road trip passing through. Looking around, this is a such a great supermarket and I wish it could be ours. It is very neat and well organized. The aisles are well stocked and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I thought being off the beaten path and not in a major centre that prices would be higher but they are the same or lower than what we pay in Edmonton. The people of Rossland are quite lucky.

Blown away by this store. Spent almost 40 minutes wandering up and down the well kempt ailes. Impeccably organised and fully stocked. Clean baskets and well greased wheels on the carts. I am traveling with a rather hard to please group but we managed to satisfy all appetites. If you're in a pinch, try the tiger prawn wheel.

This locally owned supermarket has excellent food selection, including many foods from various ethnicities. Nice displays, room to maneuver your cart, and staffed well enough at that you very rarely wait for a cashier more than one person deep at even the busiest of times. Monthly coupons can be had online and even used by scanning the image from your phone at the till. The prices are sometimes marginally higher than some big chain supermarkets but keep in mind that the store contributes significantly to funding local non-profits.

Absolutely adore this grocery store. Amazing in store meats/deli and don't even get me started on the cheeses! I used to go weekly before I broke up with Starbucks ( trail location has a Starbucks but you will not be able to redeem your reward points here...well to be fair nowhere in the West Kootenays)....now just when I am near. Mandatory mask policy but just do it and don't complain! People don't realize how lucky we are these businesses choose to remain open!
