J'ai fait l'erreur d'acheter un filet de morue décongelée vendu comme frais à la poissonnerie. Je voulais tester leurs produits. Premier constat avant la cuisson, une d'odeur étrange. Je tente tout de même la cuisson. Durant toute la cuisson cette même odeur de charogne mélangée à une odeur d'ammoniaque se répand dans ma cuisine. Tout de même tolérable... Je continue la cuisson. Une fois cuit, je coupe un morceau et je sens. Cette fois-ci le cœur me lève, l'odeur fétide et putride du poisson agresse mes narines. Je retiens un haut le cœur.... Et je jette mon souper à la poubelle! Je suis un gaspésien, grand mangeur de poisson. Quiconque aime lui aussi le poisson devrait rester à des années lumière de la section poisson FRAIS!
