Amazing staff very knowledgable but I do not recommend this pharmacy if you want prescriptions delivered in a timely fashion

I really liked this pharmacy until they screwed up sending my prescription to another pharmacy. I missed receiving two doses of very important medication. And then they made me feel like it was my fault. They made no attempt to fix the situation or even apologize for causing me major discomfort and pain from missing my medication. Someone needs to teach the staff how to properly do their job. And then teach them how to treat customers. I will never spend another dime here. Should be shut down

I have never been treated so poorly - repeatedly. I have been on the same medication for 6 years, and about half the time, I fill my prescription at this pharmacy because it is closest in proximity to my physician's office. Every month, without fail, there is one woman who makes it as difficult as possible for me to fill my prescription, making me get written authorization from my physician to fill it even one day early, and makes a spectacle, treating me as if I have a drug problem. (It's not a narcotic) I have been humiliated so many times; they have lost my business for good.

Have been using this pharmacy for a long time now with no issues and the pharmacist has always been great to me until today when I called to refill a prescription and was treated absolutely terrible on the phone. The lady on the phone seemed judgemental and rude and hung up the phone on me. When you're dealing with people who are in need of prescriptions, I feel that you must act a little bit more compassionate. I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

I have been prescribed narcotic and antianxiety meds for years of my life. When I picked up my new prescription for 180 pills, I counted upon returning home -there was only 90 in the bottle. I went back to the pharmacist with a new prescription and he told me to get out of his store. If u don't want your life-saving medication to go missing, I would not trust this pharmacy. I have never been treated so abusively by a healthcare professional .

This pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever seen for treatment of patients. Coming from pharmacist's and pharmaceutical companies who toted oxycontin as a miracle non addictive pain medication, they sure are judgemental when it comes to filling a prescription. Be prepared to be judged, and treated like some junkie piece of dirt. These women think they are doctors, but clearly can't even get counting out pills right. Go anywhere but here.

They are lacking in system. When Dan left, the original pharmacist, everything went downhill. I was in great pain as a result of two root canals, I ordered my meds early expecting to pick it up late in the morning because I was told it would be ready, but it was not ready the lady in the counter told me to wait 5 minutes but instead helped those in line after me. The other pharmacist was rude when I asked why it is not first come first serve. I will never go back to that pharnacy ever again after this horrible experience.

A busy pharmacy yet all staff were very helpful! My friend and I came for a COVID shot, mine was quick & painless. The pharmacist Manager was very accommodating helping my friend navigate 811, as she had a BC health card and she got her shot within an hour at AHS.

This was a good Pharmacy Till it was recently purchased the new owners need to teach their young pharmist how to deal with customers. You will never get another dime of our money Zero Stars and there has been lots of complaints with the new ownership

If I could rate less than 1 I would. I went in to this clinic as it was the only one open last Sunday with a pretty severe allergic reaction. The doctor and pharmacist consulted and decided on a $105 tube of steroid cream I could not really afford. Desperate for relief, I made the purchase. The reaction then got infected and I spent the entire next day in the hospital getting tests, antibiotics and painkillers. I called said pharmacist to see if they would be willing to do anything at all and they flat out refused or cared that anything happened. Not impressed at all. Wont ever be giving them my business again.
